Great experience meeting the new owners of Mr. Sub. They have only owned the place for a week. First impression - super friendly, personable and priority in food safety. Subs were also delicious and well made. Will definitely be back!

This place will rip you off, get a 6 inch sub they will cut it in half intentionally giving you the smaller half. When you get meat they literally spread out the meat flat so they can cover the bread with as little meat as possible. Theres 200 other reataurants that will rip you off for cheaper in oakville, avoid this one.

I wanted to have my rewards card scanned BEFORE paying because I thought I might have a reward available to use. I gave my rewards card before paying but he wouldn't scan it until after I paid. Then I see on the receipt I have a free sub reward that expires in 2 days after I JUST paid for my sub. He kept telling me you have to pay first and then scan.. but how do you get a free sub after you already pay for your sub? The ingredients did not look very fresh, and there was no red onion. When I got home to eat the grilled sub, the bread was dry and hard like a cracker, and something inside the sub tasted bitter and like sweat. I couldn't even finish eating the sub. I love Mr. Sub but I highly recommend avoiding this specific location. This isn't the first time I didn't have a great experience here. I will never come back.
