I wanted to have my rewards card scanned BEFORE paying because I thought I might have a reward available to use. I gave my rewards card before paying but he wouldn't scan it until after I paid. Then I see on the receipt I have a free sub reward that expires in 2 days after I JUST paid for my sub. He kept telling me you have to pay first and then scan.. but how do you get a free sub after you already pay for your sub? The ingredients did not look very fresh, and there was no red onion. When I got home to eat the grilled sub, the bread was dry and hard like a cracker, and something inside the sub tasted bitter and like sweat. I couldn't even finish eating the sub. I love Mr. Sub but I highly recommend avoiding this specific location. This isn't the first time I didn't have a great experience here. I will never come back.

I had a great experience at Mr. Sub! The food lines were clean, organized, and everything looked fresh and well-stocked. The veggies were crisp, the meats were neatly arranged, and the staff handled everything with care and hygiene. My sub was made exactly how I asked — generous fillings, soft bread, and full of flavor.

I just reviewed this Mr sub with the following review and please check there respone, it shows how there customer service is, the store even blocked me from putting in reply to there comment. So i am replying from my other account is that please share the Video so everyone knows how you served and how we behaved. I am consenting from my end (please share it with your audio so everyone will know how your customer service is) I am still staying with my original review- This women, worst customer service you can ever imagine. Most disrespectful experience ever. I am frequent Mr. Sub visitor and is also a Mr sub reward program member. Today was my fiancé’s birthday and we came in to get the birthday offer and she was so disrespectful and was swearing at the back while making the sub that people are shameless, come in to get free subs. We were not here for free sub, we were here for the offer. Thanks to this lady, she spoiled the day as soon as it started. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I am also posting the picture as well of my previous review for your reference. And it tells everyone that rather than acknowledging the flawas and trying to improvize you are trying to hide it. Thats the worst part. Hopefully it doesn't happens with anyone else
