Found this little gym in our neighbourhood. My friend and I had lunch here and met the owners son who had taken over the reigns from his dad, running the restaurant. The service was prompt and friendly. The food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommended and I will be coming back again for sure :)

I've been going to the Mye since it opened in 1987 in downtown Oakville.
I was 9 years old and it was the first Japanese restaurant I had ever been to.
I went every year for my birthday for 2 decades afterwards.
37 years later, having traveled to many parts of the world and many Japanese restaurants later, it's still my favorite restaurant.
