This restaurant has finally gone out of business… Honestly very surprised it was there for as long as it was! Food was good but overpriced and service was horrible. The location in DT Oakville is a curse…no restaurant has been successful there

Food was very good, though some items came out cold. Service, we found a bit slow. Ambiance is ok. Could do without a TV and hearing the kitchen... for a more elevated bistro. The staff made sure we were happy with our drinks and were approachable and smiling. Could use a wider selection of wines from different wineries ,especially in the whites.

Specifically went for the pantagonian toothfish. Disappointed. More fish fat than meat. Small servings for prices. Went away unhappy. Would not recommend

Wow!!! I decided to take my mom here for her birthday. When I called to make the reservation I indicated that it was for a special occasion and from the moment we arrived the experience was top notch. The cocktails used a local craft distillery called NE1 Spirits, which was a really nice touch, the appetizers were great. We had the grilled Calamari, oysters, and the lobster bisque. Everything was so fresh and delicious. The lobster bisque was done properly using a lobster broth also which was fantastic. For diner the chef surprised us with a beautiful custom dish with wagyu beef paired with lobster à l’Américaine which if you haven’t had lobster this way you are officially missing out. It was gourmet surf and turf.We had a dessert trio also with a dish of crème brûlée, cinnamon donuts with vanilla ice cream, and a chocolate lava cake covered in confectionary sugar and fresh berries. We were blown away and will 1000% be back to diner here again. The chef, the manager, and the server all made our experience one to remember.Thank you so much!

Went on Saturday to celebrate an early mother's day dinner. Food was good overall and Hanna was a great server.

I was just going to post my review when I came across this one from Mr. Tam. I was there for dinner that evening with my Mom and witnessed the interaction. There was a full house and the restaurant was extremely busy for mother's day weekend. Despite this, the service and food was exceptional. The server politely apologized for the error and did her best to rectify the situation. I personally heard the interaction. The manager came and apologized and offered a gift certificate and was honest about the situation. (I don't know about anyone else, but I prefer honesty as opposed to some glossed over excuse). When asked about their food the gentleman clearly said it was good. Obviously there's some people you can't ever please. It's been a tough time for the hospitality industry. Let's show some grace especially when they bend over backwards for you.My review on food , service and ambience was 10/10. We will definitely come back and recommend to our friends. Thank you for making mothers day special for all guests.Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair accessibility.

Stay away, unless you like to over pay for bad food. Portions are ridiculously small for what you pay. Service was nice but but wow, just avoid the frozen seafood rest station.

A lovely resto on the main Oakville drag. The seafood is top-notch. We had the paella (very good), salmon fillet (very good) and the mahi mahi special (out of this world fantastic). The presentation was excellent, service really good and the flavour great. I'd say the cost was higher than average, but so was the quality and experience - you get what you pay for most times, right? They also were very good about Gluten-free requests.

Have been looking forward to trying Noble as there was a Noble Bistro previously in my neighbourhood. We generously received a gift card in August 2022 & when we arrived this week, there is a piece of paper at front desk that indicates gift cards purchased before October 2022 are no longer valid due to a change in ownership. This would have given us about a month to use our gift card.We decided to stay as we made reservations. Our server was very kind and attentive. Our food was excellent. A bit on the pricier end of things but to be expected with inflation. The lobster linguine is a decent portion size and quite filling. The lobster shell was left in the pasta as decorative, I suppose, but it was not necessary. The restaurant was quiet and fairly simple inside.Overall, excellent food and worth going back. However, it bothers me that our gift card was not accepted given the short time span. The new owner maintains the same restaurant name and menu. At the very least, it should be publicly shared on their website or at the time of purchase. For this reason, we will likely not go back as we do not feel valued.

Surprised this place has stayed open. Not sure why it went from French to seafood but they both not worth it. Very very expensive for what you get. The fried calamari was 20$ for the greasiest smallest portions I have ever consumed. Food sub par but the wait staff was nice. Waste

The owners are wedding reception scammers. Both Patrick/Paul Hrabyk and Ewa Hrabyk have scammed many people. Beware of these people in any business and this restaurant. They have scammed many people of there hard earned wedding reception deposits and supposedly closed shop. They are located in Oakville/Mississauga. Polish community.

The place is nice, quiet with some lounge music on the background. The meals were really tasty and have an appealing presentation. Everything was great except that we asked for two cokes and they actually served 2 glasses of coke from 1 and a half (or something close) cans so we were not that happy with that but other than that I highly recommend it.

We celebrated a family birthday party in the restaurant’s private room recently (for 20 ppl).Great, large & intimate room with dedicated staff, bar, washrooms, direct access from outside (down a staircase) & inside, sound system, large TV, Wifi access, coat room & ceiling party lights! All you need for a great private event!!!The staff was extremely accommodating, friendly, helpful, organized and generally amazing!!! We were allowed to go in a few hours earlier to decorate.Food & drinks were delicious & beautifully served!I would highly recommend it!!!

The service at Noble Bistro is terrible, waiter was rude and very arrogant, despite the fact that the restaurant was empty on a Saturday night. Ordered as an appetizer the shrimp and scallops with muscles, the muscles were so bad that the smell was noticeable from the time the waiter put the plate down. The muscles could have easily made one of us severely ill, luckily we sent them back. The waiter than told us “ This happens with live products “, when in actuality it shouldn’t at a high end restaurant. He agreed to take it off our bill and insisted that the chef make us another one, which we refused as no one wanted more muscles ( the smell was still lingering and two of us who touched the muscles had to go and wash our hands). 10 minutes later, the waiter brought out another shrimp and scallops with muscles despite our insistence not to, he then just left it on our table insisting the chef had personally checked the muscles. Once again rotten muscles!!!! Even the chef came out this time and said that he was embarrassed by what happened and had no excuse. The rest of the meal was fine, Steak, Salmon and Crab Legs were all good. The biggest issue was the service, pompous, arrogant and did not care that they could have made one of us sick!!! We have been to Noble multiple times in the past and the food has always been great, given the mistakes and service this time we probably won’t be back.
