I tried Noddlebox for the first time today and their chicken pad Thai was terrible. The noodles were so pale and lacking any flavour at all. The dish overall was extremely watery and full of disproportionately large carrot rounds. For $19 I was absolutely shocked. This is more expensive than the pad Thai at Soi Thaifoon, which is 100000% better than this. I will not be returning.

Let me start off by saying I love noodle box, been to two location in hamilton all of them fantastic. But this is my second time at this location being disappointed, I got the yangzhou fried rice box, and the oil tasted burnt, vegetables undercooked some how and same with bbq sar Sue pork, shrimp tasted like they had gone bad, it was so gross I just threw it out. Oh and the egg was burnt on the bottom. First time I thought maybe a one off but it seems this locations employees don't care at all. I'll never be back to that location when im working. Other co workers of mine have also had similar problems here. Big advice from me just dont go to this location, other noodlebox location are not like this one. Cant believe i even tipped 🤣🙃

I am a frequent customer of Noodlebox and I order through the delivery app. This evening my order never arrived and the uber driver called 30 mins later and said he was missing an item and had go back and solve it with the Noodlebox location. I rang Noodlebox Oakville to try and get it resolved and they claimed that they have no visibility or contact details of the delivery driver so they couldn’t solve it. Really appalling customer service after I spend my $70 and I order from them every week. I finally managed to get a refund from my order but I certainly won’t be using them again and I’ll be recommending my friends do the same. So disappointing!
