Visited yesterday. These bagels are truly outstanding—freshly made, perfectly chewy, with fresh veggies, smoke salmon and packed with flavor. The homemade cream cheese (herbs & garlic) is smooth, rich, and incredibly fresh. Thank you John for being amazing —friendly, attentive, and welcoming—and to serve so quick, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place! One of the best bagel experiences I’ve had! Surely I'll be back again and again. 🥯😋

I visited last Monday (Dec.8), around lunchtime during rush hour, and there was only one staff working. Huge credit to John for handling both the front and back kitchen so professionally and with ease. He stayed friendly and smiling while taking orders and preparing sandwiches at the same time. What really impressed me was how fast, neat and presentable the bagel sandwiches were despite how busy it was. The bagels were delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. Overall, a great experience! I will definitely be coming back!!

Listen, I’ve eaten a lot of bagels in my day. I’ve toasted them, buttered them, dropped them face-down on carpets, and questioned my life choices over them. But nothing—nothing—could have prepared me for the sheer spiritual awakening that is OKO Bagels in Oakville.
First off, the rosemary and sea salt bagel. Who does that? Who looks at a bush from a Mediterranean hillside and says, “Yeah, let’s introduce this to the ocean and make it edible”? OKO does, apparently—and thank every carbohydrate deity they did. One bite and I was transported. I think I briefly remembered all my past lives, and they were all holding bagels.
Now, let’s address the elephant in the café: the prices. Yes, your wallet will audibly sigh. You’ll look at your total and mutter, “I could’ve bought a small bicycle for that.” But then you’ll remind yourself—this is Oakville, where even the squirrels have financial advisors. Consider it a cover charge for entry into Bagel Heaven.
And oh… the blueberry cream cheese on a blueberry bagel. I cannot overstate this: it is very blueberry-y. Like, “I just licked a blueberry patch during a thunderstorm” blueberry-y. It’s so powerfully fruity that I half expected it to burst into song and summon woodland creatures. My taste buds were assaulted—in the best, juiciest way possible.
If you go, bring your appetite, your credit card, and perhaps a small support group to process the experience afterward.
Would I go again? Absolutely. I’m already considering selling my non-essential organs to fund my next rosemary-sea-salt pilgrimage.

So glad we stopped and will definitely be coming back to the Oakville location. Great atmosphere, amazing staff and service. The quality of the bagels are just like the ones I get from Montreal so if you're looking for Montreal style bagels without the travel - this is the place to go. Highly recommend the rosemary and onion bagel 🥯
The made in-house cream cheese is to die for as well! Tried the jalapeno and 10/10 would recommend. It's just enough spice to give flavour without the burn.
