Absolute phenomenal experience from start to finish! My server/bartender Sebastian gave me a warm welcome, offered to and checked my coat, guided me to my table and later, whipped me up a cocktail exactly the way I wanted it (Hendrick's Gin Martini, extra dry, stirred not shaken, with a lemon twist). When it came to deciding on what I would have to eat, I knew I'd want the Caesar Salad to begin but couldn't decide on which steak for my main (was a little overwhelmed with all the options) but, Sebastian was very helpful in narrowing down what producer/region would suit me best (I chose a Ribeye cooked to medium from Creekstone Farms) and for my sides: rapini and mashed potatoes. He then guided me through pairing a glass of wine with the rest of my meal (I went for their Brunello by the glass, fantastic wine). The best Caesar Salad I've ever had, hands down, no contest. Chef should be very proud of himself!! Furthermore, the steak was cooked to perfection and the sides were incredible! Finally, Sebastian brought over the dessert menu, I went for the Blueberry Cheesecake and it was literally a piece of art on a plate. All the components worked beautifully together from the cheesecake itself, to the lemon sorbet and the marshmallow?!? Just WOW! Beautiful, elegant, and classy restaurant. The service was amazing. Definitely will be coming back to try more off their menu and to have this experience again!

The service was excellent and the food was very good, however, given the price range I was disappointed in the quality of the rib eye steak which was the evenings special. The value is not up to the pricing.

I drive all the way from Vaughan to dine at Oliver's and I can honestly say it's worth every minute. I've visited a couple of times now and I absolutely love this place. The ambiance, location, service, and overall vibe are all exceptional. And the food is simply incredible. Every meal I've had has been a 10 out of 10. I do want to be honest. I've tried three of the desserts so far and while they weren't my favorite, they certainly weren't bad. That said, everything else, from the appetizers to the main courses, confirms why Oliver's is quickly becoming one of my top restaurants. I tend to dine at only the best of the best, so that's saying a lot. The only thing I was a little surprised by this past weekend was the crab legs. Five for $600 😳. I found them a bit overpriced compared to other excellent restaurants I've visited, where I've ordered crab legs or full seafood towers for far less. I just wanted to share this honestly for the restaurant and for anyone considering a visit. That being said, this in no way diminishes the overall experience. I will absolutely be back. The food, service, and atmosphere are all wonderful.

It was so bad I won't address it here. I will be sending a private note. They need to treat people better. To elaborate. Waited over half an hour to even get drinks ordered. Bread was brought before a server even checked in with us. While serving adjacent table I was numbed and gridded without apology or acknowledgment. The service level was beyond bad, it actually felt personal and I don't understand why. Still in disbelief.

While the first five courses were technically perfect and amazing, the Wagyu Beef main course was the absolute highlight and easily worth the price of admission. The presentation was out of this world, including the highly personalized detail of selecting our steak knife. The staff delivered perfect, seamless service—attentive, knowledgeable, and enhancing the experience without ever intruding. If you are looking for the pinnacle of luxury steakhouse dining and a truly unforgettable main course, this is a must-visit.

My partner and I had the best experience while dining at Oliver's Steakhouse. From the moment we walked in we were pleasantly greeted and assisted with our coats. The ambiance is incredible, both warm and inviting and had a pianist playing that evening. The decor is stunning as well, truly such an elegant establishment. The food was unbelievable! The steaks were cooked to perfection and the service was wonderful. Overall, we will be sure to eat here again as the entire experience was one of a kind :)

Beautiful dinner in a cozy elegant space with piano player. Service was excellent we like to take our time starting with a cocktail and we were not rushed at all. Steak was like butter and sides particularly Mac & Cheese were so yummy and served piping hot. Definitely recommend.

You know they take their steaks seriously when you can ask them to cook to your desired temperature (°F/°C). Dessert is a work of art; complex with vibrant flavours and different textures, but tastefully balanced. Perfect cook on the food, excellent flavours and an amazing host that made lunch a wonderful experience.

I have tried their tasting menu. The steak course is amazing. Personally, I would like to see them to have the tasting menu focused on the steaks instead of having fish course, spaghetti course and so on. The service is not bad. But it lacks a bit of details that this level of restaurant need. For example, I did not receive a warm welcome when I get into the restaurant. Instead, I have to wait for a waiter to notice me. In addition, when I left my seat to grab a quick washroom break. The napkin is not folded while I come back. As an Oakville resident, I really want to see them go that extra notch (getting the stars). Overall, I would say the experience is still very satisfying.
