Oliver’s Steakhouse has quickly become one of my favourite restaurants. My experience from beginning to end is upscale Haute cuisine. I always receive a warm welcome from the General Manager Peter and every waiter I’ve had ( Daniel, Sebastian, Gabriel) has given me service above and beyond, exceptionally meticulous. My attentive waiters wore white gloves to serve me, kept my water topped up, refreshed my silverware and plates for every course and even wiped off any crumbs from my table. I always enjoy the starting plate of olives, cheese e.c.t to get the taste buds prepared for the delicious meal to follow. I highly recommend the tenderloin P.E.I steak. It is always cooked perfectly and served with 3 different salts. It cuts through easily like butter! For sides I recommend the Truffle Mac, garlic mash potatoes and Caesar Salad with the house made bacon, parmigiano, and focaccia crouton. This salad is one of the best I have had. The food is consistently delectable and high quality the atmosphere is Opulence and I will definitely be returning soon!

High end dining experience. Selections from the bar range range from better brands of liquors and wine to very exclusive offerings. Excellent steak selection with a great selection of appetizers in main dishes if steak is not your first choice. Walking into the restaurant, the atmosphere Is clearly states a fine dining restaurant. Staff are very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Planning a special evening or event you should consider dining here.

We usually go downtown Toronto for dinner however this steak was by far the best steak I’ve ever had. Cooked to perfection and the flavourful accompaniments were a wonderful addition. My family and I went to go eat at wellingtons for my birthday dinner. We came into Oliver’s which is directly beside it and also it’s a sister restaurant. I asked the host it was the. Same and she said it was. When the waitress was done taking our order I waited for our bread which is served at both Wellington and cattle baron. When it did not come I asked the sever and she said they didn’t sever it at their restaurant. I was obviously disappointed and stated the hostess said it was the same. She then told me it was exactly the same except for the bread. The food is exact same price at both of the other restaurants. She said that she could get me the bread but have a charge. I know it’s just bread but exactly it was just bread. For over a 250 bill I think under our circumstance it would have been nice for the server to at least asked I didn’t have a good experience

Absolute phenomenal experience from start to finish! My server/bartender Sebastian gave me a warm welcome, offered to and checked my coat, guided me to my table and later, whipped me up a cocktail exactly the way I wanted it (Hendrick's Gin Martini, extra dry, stirred not shaken, with a lemon twist). When it came to deciding on what I would have to eat, I knew I'd want the Caesar Salad to begin but couldn't decide on which steak for my main (was a little overwhelmed with all the options) but, Sebastian was very helpful in narrowing down what producer/region would suit me best (I chose a Ribeye cooked to medium from Creekstone Farms) and for my sides: rapini and mashed potatoes. He then guided me through pairing a glass of wine with the rest of my meal (I went for their Brunello by the glass, fantastic wine). The best Caesar Salad I've ever had, hands down, no contest. Chef should be very proud of himself!! Furthermore, the steak was cooked to perfection and the sides were incredible! Finally, Sebastian brought over the dessert menu, I went for the Blueberry Cheesecake and it was literally a piece of art on a plate. All the components worked beautifully together from the cheesecake itself, to the lemon sorbet and the marshmallow?!? Just WOW! Beautiful, elegant, and classy restaurant. The service was amazing. Definitely will be coming back to try more off their menu and to have this experience again!

The service was excellent and the food was very good, however, given the price range I was disappointed in the quality of the rib eye steak which was the evenings special. The value is not up to the pricing.
