Orda is a Gem of a restaurant: delicious cuisine, a warm and classy but not pretentious atmosphere, and attentive service. A welcoming and delightful experience suitable for a date as well as for , friends and family dinners, if you want to big that would work too. Can’t wait to return.

Brought my friends here for a celebration party, and we were incredibly happy! The food was extremely delicious and flavourful, we absolutely loved the Chicken Laghman and Samsa. The staff were very polite and helpful especially with our reservation, and the environment is cozy and beautiful. We will definitely come back!

Amazing food , soo delicious!!!! The noodles tasted fresh ... one of the best I've had in the GTA. Service was amazing as well. Absolutely no complaints! Definitely coming back again and again to try everything on the menu!!

The service is rough and though the website takes pickup orders and lets you pay online, the restaurant doesn't actually make the food, so buyer beware if ordering online. It's happened twice to me now so clearly there's an issue they're just not addressing.

**Update: we have eaten here several more times and I unfortunately have to downgrade my review. Twice we have ordered dumplings for our toddler on separate occasions, and both times the dumplings came with raw filling inside. The first time we sent it back, they never brought the cooked dumplings back before we finished our meal. The second time, we only realized after eating a few, they cooked it and brought back the same few remaining dumplings and charged us the full amount. We were disapppinted as dumplings are very easy to cook and very dangerous to eat raw.
Amazing restaurant! First time trying Uyghur food and it was amazing. I grew up in China and this restaurant had the best lamb skewers I have ever had - tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every dish we ordered was good! What a hidden gem in Oakville! Will be visiting frequently in the future and bringing lots of friends and family. 10/10 recommend.
Great Value Flavour++ Given the location in the heart of downtown Oakville, this family-friendly restaurant serves up great value and exceptional flavours. The lamb kebab is a must! Best loose leaf earl grey tea in town. We were somewhat put off by the strong smell of lamb and food frying when we walked in although once we got upstairs to our table, it was eclectic and cozy. Our waitress was highly attentive and helped guide our food selections since we are unfamiliar with Uyghur cuisine. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

But today we drove a long distance to get here at 8:30 only to be told that they close at 9 instead of 10. No sign no notice, we even had to wait at the door for minutes to be told that we won’t be served.

We drove 20 minutes with a group of eight people to dine here, but when we arrived, the staff told us they were closing two hours early because of the snow and didn’t want to serve us. We totally understand bad weather, but they should have updated it online or put a notice at the door instead of turning customers away after we already got there. Very disappointing service and attitude.
