I have never left a negative review. First time come here, we wanted to order chicken and told me they sold out. Then we ordered beef noodles and waited for a hour. Then told me they didn’t order it. So disappointed and angry. We walked out the restaurant still hungry. Also the waitress was so untrained. We will never go back and don’t recommend to anyone else.

When I first tried the food few years ago the food and service both were excellent . We ordered 3 dishes today and each dish comes after a big gap . The grill chicken we ordered came raw though we ordered well done . They tried to fix it n took another 40 minutes to bring it . I Dudnt like the quality of food today , it wasn’t fresh at all n well cooked too and very slow service . Very disappointed today . It’s been our fav restaurant though but disappointed today . Food is pricey so expectation of quality is def high n consistent .

The restaurant had nice ambiance and we walked in without reservation but were able to find a table quickly. The food was amazing, service was very quick. The food was served shortly after ordering, and everything was fresh and delicious. Additionally, everything on the menu was halal!

It’s a shame, they must have switched the chef or something but their delicious dumplings were not as good as usual this time when I went there on Friday for lunch. I’ve been coming here since they’ve opened and the quality and the taste is certainly not the same. The service was also not great. It was lunch time and there were two tables. Our server didn’t clear our plates nor came back to check on us once we received our food. He just disappeared after we got what we ordered.

Orda is an amazing spot for authentic Xinjiang cuisine! We ordered the lamb skewers, big plate chicken, and beef — and the portions were huge, more than enough for a group. The lamb skewers were juicy and flavorful, the big plate chicken was hearty with the perfect mix of spices, and the beef was tender and delicious.
The restaurant has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the service is friendly. If you’re craving Xinjiang food with generous portions, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

So many things that go wrong. First of all we arrived 8pm, the live music is too loud, someone is randomly playing very annoying sound. Second the lamb organ soup barely has any lamb. Like less than 5 pieces. The samosa tasted pretty-made, it tastes sweet with lots of butter. These is no serving or whatsoever. Very strange layout, you walk in no one will sees you. Everyone is upstairs and you need to press the bell for someone to get you seated. And no one brings water and menus after 10 mins until we ask. There is no one to answer questions on menu. The owner walks by, she said she will brings refill of salad, and she never did.

The food is just amazing. The only downside is the servers could be a little bit forgetful. But with their demeanor and the amazing food, their shortcoming is more than made up for.
We just went by your restaurant for the first time. There was a tall Asian girl with glasses. She did not look very pleased. We went and grabbed a seat. We waited for quite a while and left as she seemed least interested in serving. We indicated to her a few times that we are ready to order but she took no notice. Do not recommend this place.

I was really excited to come here but unfortunately was very disappointed. The pilaf was served lukewarm and was just okay. The lamb was good. We waited for 45 minutes for the manta and it was a bit bland. Even the lemon water tasted bad. I don’t think the food was worth the price. The only server who was there was serving 5-6 tables, plus a big group. She was clearly stretched thin, but it’s not her fault.
