Can’t go wrong with this Pür & Simple! This is my third time here and I had to leave a positive review because I always leave wanting more.
Their service is great. Hostess makes sure you don’t wait long, and servers are very prompt with coffee and taking your order.
The food is a pure, simple delight ;) The French toast is my favourite, but their omelettes are great as well!
There’s nothing too special about the atmosphere, but I like it. It’s cozy, and I’d much rather have it like this than a spiced-up interior with higher food prices just because of the vibe.

Pür & Simple at the Dundas location is a great spot for breakfast or brunch, even on busy weekends. Despite arriving during peak hours at 2 PM, I quickly found a table since I was dining alone.
I tried the Veggie Omelette, which was generously portioned and packed with fresh veggies and guacamole—a delightful combination.
The home fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned just right, with a lighter touch of salt that I appreciated.
For an extra treat, I added a pancake to my order.
It was large, fluffy, and satisfying—ideal for one person. The service was decent, with the server being polite and attentive.
Overall, this restaurant offers a welcoming atmosphere and delicious options, making it a fantastic place to enjoy breakfast or brunch with friends and family.
Highly recommended for anyone looking to start their day with a hearty meal!
I (M20) came here with my mother on Tuesday for brunch, and hadn’t been anywhere else all week before or since. We have been here twice before with the family and the food has always been great. Little did we know it was laced with a unexpected Christmas surprise this time.
Both of us came down with severe influenza that same night. And while we really don’t want to believe it was from the food, circumstance has made things uncomfortably clear.

I’ve been to several Pur and Simple locations and loved them. So I took my friend to this location as it is closer to her.
However, this was a not so great experience.
Before I start, I would like to say that I understand that there was a full house so the long wait time for the food isn’t taken into account here.
Firstly, my macchiato was served in a dirty mug with a pulp on the handle (no, I didn’t order anything with oranges). I brought the attention of the server to it and asked for a napkin to clean it up (video taken after handle was cleaned). She brought me a cup of water and napkins and I cleaned it up myself - there was no acknowledgment of the state of the cup or offer to help.
Secondly, my scrambled eggs had to be sent back to be cooked properly. I stayed because I’m a fan of the chain and thought that would be it but I found hair in my food (picture attached is after inspecting to confirm I wasn’t seeing something else). The strawberries tasted weird (shocking as I’ve always told my friends that I needed to get P&S’s fruit plug).
Lastly, the server (I have decided to protect her privacy) seemed more interested in having a group chat with her coworkers than taking care of the table.
I will not be visiting this location again.
