Fantastic experience with Palma pasta this past week. Mirena (hope I spelled that correctly) took my somewhat complicated order with care and efficiency and even called me back to make sure all was set. When my husband picked up the food this past Saturday it came out hot and fresh with great service. It was delicious I wish I could have it everyday! We will be back!! Thanks so much from our family !!

Always fresh and delicious pastas, sauces and meals. Their prepared to go options are always helpful on busy days and quality is always consistent. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Recommend the cheese and spinach ravioli (kids favourite) and vegetable lasagna.
Does someone want to explain how I bought a frozen small lasagna, and literally a 1/4 was missing? The rest was soaked in sauce.
I usually get 3 dinners out of my lasagna, now I have 2. I'm a long time customer, but not so much anymore.
If you need to up the prices, do so.. but don't cheat your customers by pretending they are getting more than they do.
I posted a pic with dimensions so you can see. They literally poured sauce over and froze it to make it look full size.

We normally go to the Erin Mills location, but they are apparently temporarily closed, so we recently went to the Oakville location to pick up our lasagna pasta sheets to make homemade lasagna. They cut the lasagna sheets into small strips instead of large pieces that fit my entire lasagna pan nicely. These strips of pasta all broke up in the pot when cooking, and my lasagna was a patchwork of pasta. Also, there was so much semolina between the sheets that the pasta came out gummy and I had to wipe them off after cooking. The result was a very gummy and uneven lasagna for Christmas. I was not impressed. I will be making my own next time.

I didn't know that small place can offer so much!!! Delicious pastry, fresh pasta, hot little table with mouth watering pasta dishes and so many Italian delicious products will make sure that you will be back for more
Lots of parking spaces and convenient location makes this place even more attractive.
I could write so very much about Palma Pasta, having been their customer for nearly 20 years. To put it succinctly, I really believe that Palma Pasta's heart and soul are focused on feeding you and your family with some of the best pasta preparations and food known to man and making it affordable. I seriously wish Palma Pasta had pasta making classes for me and my family to attend. When we eat from Palma Pasta we feel the love that their people pour into their preparations. Simply amazing!

Unfortunately I have to say that I’m getting disappointed with Palma Pasta. Portions in the containers are getting smaller and smaller. My last purchase was a joke. I only got 3/4 of the small size lasagna in the container. And prices are almost double for everything! Like you can’t raise the prices and cut the size down! This is ripping up customers in double. Do not think that we don’t notice this. Also my this Monday lasagna was very salty. I used to love Palma pasta. I still think that the product is good but unacceptable price and small size is discouraging me from visiting your store. The size of actual product that you see below is where you see the cheese. The red around is just a sauce.

Stopped in after lunch with a friend who wanted to pick up a couple items to make dinner tonight. The staff is very rude and ignorant here. The cash out experience was the worst. Will never be returning again.
