I use Palma Pasta for all my group events. Their food is excellent, and their helpfulness at store level is 5 star. Ordering from them has resulted in many people going in to visit their store for their own shopping needs. Good food and good customer service result in more business.

This is a great place to find food for family meals. The lasagna is amazing, and my whole family loves it. We also come here to get pesto or other things too. I recommend purchasing from here and trying out the lasagna. It’s amazing!

This Italian shop is primarily known for their daily deals on fresh pasta. They have family size pastas for $20. We've had the tortellini and the ravioli. Both come in just cheese or meat and cheese and 3 different flavours of sauce including alfredo, rose, and marinara. The staff I've interacted with have always been really nice! They do push their food but I think it's because they're proud of what they offer. That's how we ended up with a garlic bread during one visit.

Terrible customer service staff. I have been coming here for about 4 years and not once have I had a friendly, pleasant experience. They have no patience, always rushing you and never kind esp. the supervisor. They also don't honour pricing when they make a mistake on their shelves. Luckily their food is excellent.
Amazing homemade pasta, can cut different sizes and shapes, also provide great stuffed pastas and lasagna! The fresh pasta is their signature but the frozen pasta meals are also amazing! Quite affordable and super high quality product.

Aside from the fact that the food is always absolutely delicious, I wanted to give a shout out to Anthony who went out of his way to help us with a late order even though they were really busy. We are very grateful and highly commend Palma Pasta for both their great food and their customer care.

I had never heard of this place until my friend brought over a few sandwiches and a lasagna tray. I was really impressed with how fresh and tasty everything was! The medium lasagna tray was enough for myself and my husband for 2 meals. I’ll definitely be going back to try other menu items.
