They got the best sandwiches & pizza slices ever ?
Love the variety of choices here. The soups are excellent and homemade. Great value for your money. Pizza is amazing too!
Jan 13/24:2 proteins: tofu & shrimp teriyaki steamed rice w veggies @ $14.11 tot. - Lunch.
Refused to sell me the whole pizza 8 slices although it was there and ready , they said policy not sell more than 4 slices , not sure why they put the whole pizza price if they can’t sell it , and why the policy is not posted to the customers if so , had to call a manager to get the full one
Great selection if you are board.i always found pizazz very delicious, unfortunately the veal sandwich was not great.
I purchased a tuscan style BBQ chicken last Sunday and the chicken skin was having residual feather. Never had BBQ chicken worse than this. This is not what their BBQ Chicken used to be.
Love the crust and toppings are always generous.
We ordered a few times and were happy with the quality and freshness. The crust is delicious. I can’t give them more than 2 unfortunately because my order was taken wrong last time. They had made a different pizza for us and only option was to wait 40 mins for another pizza. Wouldn’t work for us. We had to change dinner plans and go find food elsewhere in the middle of a snowstorm.
Great selection all around, items are for the most part fresh.Pizza slices can be improved immensely if they were freshly made. Instead they are precooked much too ahead of time. There are always multiple precooked slabs (of the same type) underneath the display trays. These precooked slabs at times are often over an hour old. Slices were not properly preheated when ordered(put into the oven for literally 10 seconds) before being served and come out cold and tasting like cardboard.Quality is being sacrificed for speed, however other Fortinos Pane Fresco locations do not appear to have this issue. Burlington location at Appleby is a great example of how the pizza station should be managed (always fresh and hot) Pizzas are cooked as they are needed, there is one in the oven when half a slab is remaining on display. The provided three star rating for Pane Fresco all around options at Neyagawa Location is reflective of the Pizza station. If it were the Pizza Station only. the rating would be one star.
Fabulous absolutely fabulous store

The weekend breakfast and pizza are good.
Dumping poor quality, and expired (May 25th!!) product on Express curb side customers who don’t discover it until they’re back at home. 3rd visit in a row that they’ve done this, so there’s at least some sort of policy promoting this practice. Not sure if it’s occurring at all Fortinos’, but it’s certainly happening at the Neyagawa location. I used to not mind paying a little extra to get a superior product from Fortinos, but even Walmart destroys them now. I say save the money and go somewhere cheaper where this disgusting practice isn’t happening! After all, it’s possible to miss a bunch of mouldy and rotting berries, but to purposely dump expired food on someone who won’t even realize it until they’re back home is shockingly insidious behaviour. Sure, they may return it or refund your money, although they’re gambling you won’t take the time, who’s going to pay for the gas to make the return trip? I wouldn’t recommend Fortinos to a cat now!
Always fresh food. Inspite of so many good food choices in the same plaza, pane fresco is always my first choice. It is also a great value for money. The food, service and quality are great. The choices are abundant too however their soup and sandwiches are the best. The missing star is for one bad customer service experience at the coffee shop.
Wow, I'd move to Oakville for this place alone!
Great meals to go.
