Oh my goodness, this hot food market is a gem. The soup & sandwhich shop is my fave — they have this amazing Toscana soup which we pair with mini chicken sandwiches. It’s out of this world delicious. Make sure to get the sandwhich warmed. We don’t mind driving 40 mins to get here because the food is just so tasty. The chicken wings and onion rings are delicious as well. The coffee and donuts - my my my. Tables and chairs are clean, the space is appealing to the eye and a popular spot for seniors in the morning, and early afternoon. Keep up the great work staff.

Customer Service can be improved which is a shame because the space is well thought out, cleaned and maintained. Parking lot is underground, heated and free which is a nice gesture considering pricing of groceries.
A lot of nice selection and facing of products.
Came here for the first time with my small child and instantly got approached and attacked by an older lady working in produce for looking through strawberries that were on sale. We were not making a mess nor ruining her set up, which she returned twice to let us know that the strawberries came in that morning. Which I politely thanked her for the information.
Personally would not returned because of the customer service and how attacked I felt.
The self serve cashier was delightful, happy and very customer oriented. Thank you for being nice especially at 7am in the morning!

Terrible customer service. I stood at the hot bar to order and the two employees behind the counter gave me at least 10 glances, acknowledging my existence, before serving me after 10 minutes. One of the employees said that they would “be right with me” before making me wait for 5 more minutes. There were no other customers ordering. I waited for several minutes before being helped, even after every other customer had paid and left. While I was waiting, the employees were preparing food (putting dishes in the oven, covering food, packing food, cutting and weighing meat). All that did not seem more important than serving the only customer. I was in a rush that day and had to rush to work. I waited atleast 15 minutes for someone to scoop Mac and cheese into a box. As someone who works in a restaurant, I personally know that customers should always be helped first, unless food is literally burning.

Amazing food court and delicious bakery options. I recommend the buttered bagel and a coffee. Might even say the coffee is better then Tim Hortons! Don't shop because the options are a bit pricey now but used to love it 6 or less years ago for shopping. Recommend, will 100% visit again.

Refused to sell me the whole pizza 8 slices although it was there and ready , they said policy not sell more than 4 slices , not sure why they put the whole pizza price if they can’t sell it , and why the policy is not posted to the customers if so , had to call a manager to get the full one

I purchased a tuscan style BBQ chicken last Sunday and the chicken skin was having residual feather. Never had BBQ chicken worse than this. This is not what their BBQ Chicken used to be.

We ordered a few times and were happy with the quality and freshness. The crust is delicious. I can’t give them more than 2 unfortunately because my order was taken wrong last time. They had made a different pizza for us and only option was to wait 40 mins for another pizza. Wouldn’t work for us. We had to change dinner plans and go find food elsewhere in the middle of a snowstorm.

Great selection all around, items are for the most part fresh.Pizza slices can be improved immensely if they were freshly made. Instead they are precooked much too ahead of time. There are always multiple precooked slabs (of the same type) underneath the display trays. These precooked slabs at times are often over an hour old. Slices were not properly preheated when ordered(put into the oven for literally 10 seconds) before being served and come out cold and tasting like cardboard.Quality is being sacrificed for speed, however other Fortinos Pane Fresco locations do not appear to have this issue. Burlington location at Appleby is a great example of how the pizza station should be managed (always fresh and hot) Pizzas are cooked as they are needed, there is one in the oven when half a slab is remaining on display. The provided three star rating for Pane Fresco all around options at Neyagawa Location is reflective of the Pizza station. If it were the Pizza Station only. the rating would be one star.
