The menu is terrible. No explanations of what anyrhing is. I had to waste my travel time to look up the menu on my phone to figure out what anything was. Staff was friendly however and nice.

I’ve been to Panera many times at this location and the staff is friendly and the place is kept so clean. This is my preference for a place to eat and work. It is a quiet environment. The food is expensive, but it is delicious.
Their mac and cheese is very yummy. Recommend their soups and mac!

Tasty sandwichs, mac and cheese, soups, and pastries...
However, the breakfast sandwiches are abysmal. Tasteless, eggs are a weird consistency and were not cooked to order (dry and cracking in places, oddly slippery like a kraft cheese single).
The regular sammies tho, excellent.

update: visited again today 07/20/25 , and was very disappointed again. I order a whole salad and was given half, which i didn’t notice until i got home. I drove all the way back to the store as I paid for a whole. I did not get an apology or any compensation for their mistake. To top it off, my avocado was brown and they didn’t add more sauce to the salad as they usually serve; they just added a container.
2022: Usually very happy with the service at this Panera Bread, very different experience this time around. I asked for my sandwich be made on ciabatta and when I got home with my sandwich I found that it appeared to have been made with two different buns.... It was incredibly messy on the outside and hardly any avocado.
