We order from Papa John’s pretty regularly but the pizza has gone a bit downhill lately (my experiences are similar to the other ones posted here). The last time we ordered online directly from the Papa John’s app, our pizza was supposed to arrive within 40 minutes. After waiting for an hour with no communication from the store we tried to call but couldn’t get through. Expecting it to show up we waited another half an hour with still no call and no pizza. We finally contacted the store and said we would order from elsewhere they promised that the pizza would arrive in 10 minutes which it didn’t (although that is how long it would take to drive from the location) and that the driver’s car broke down. They wouldn’t allow us to cancel and suggested that we not tip the driver which we already had anyway. When the pizza arrived 2 hours later it was cold and had probably been sitting out and then passed from person to person. We have contacted Papa John’s but they don’t seem to care about our business and have lost a customer over this order :(.
Over charged my order and refused to do anything about it. Will not go back and wouldnt suggest it to anyone.

Today at 12:30AM I placed my order through Uber , and called the store for some modifications, but the reply was SORRY BUT WE ARE GOING TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER AS WE ARE OUT OF CHEESE . And it’s 1:00AM now and still Uber says order is being prepared after calling twice the girl said it’s been cancelled , and third delivery driver assigned was returning empty handed . It’s weird that a pizza outlet is out of cheese , but still it can happen , but atleast cancel it from your end , don’t waste customers as well as delivery drivers time .
