On a very quiet, in fact dead winter evening I walk in for dinner. A single diner. There are 2 couples in the front. I am taken to a table for 2 right at the back. By the cooking counter. In the passageway. Past tge empty tables and booths. No one,, absolutely no one else came in for the next 2 hours! Badly done!! After that it doesn’t matter what the food and wine orders were like. This left a ‘bitter’ taste in the mouth. And I am a regular customer from the neighbourhood.

I went there Friday night with a small group of friends for a birthday celebration. It was my first time there and I was quite disappointed.
The service wasn’t that great. We had to ask multiple times for chili flakes and salt and pepper. When the chili flakes finally came to the table the container had a spot of mold on it.
The burger that I ordered was under cooked and cold. The spiced wedges that came with it had a total of 5 small pieces of half BURNT potatoes that are under seasoned.
My girlfriend ordered a beet salad with grilled shrimp. The portion was very small and the shrimps undercooked and cold.
My table wanted to order another bottle of wine but the server that walked by gave is eye contact, smirked and walked away after trying to get her attention.
The staff seemed more worried that it was close to closing time than actually wanting to work (there was still an hour and a half before closing)
Overall experience was not that great. Portions are very small. Food was quite overpriced for quality and portion. Food tasted ok but was undercooked. I had higher hopes when I saw the menu was chief created.

The food was so good! We went there with a Groupon & were so happy with everything we tried. Turned out we didn't even utilize the full amount as well! Everything was so fresh & delicious. I'm so happy we tried this place out! Will definitely be coming back. Love that my kids were also comfy where we were sitting. They have booster seats & high chairs for the little ones. The only thing I would ask the resto to do is switch the glass holder for crayons as glass and kids is a horrible combo but the food, the ambience, the service!!! 10/10!

First time at Paradiso, only because colossus was closed, but so glad we entered! Was craving souvlaki, and they delivered in style!
I would rate this restaurant four stars. Upon entering, we were greeted by a pleasant and cozy ambiance. We wanted to order chicken Slovakia, which is typically part of the lunch menu, but the staff kindly accommodated our request. We enjoyed two solos and a margarita pizza, which was flavorful. Although the margarita pizza was unique and not quite to my taste, I still give this place four stars for their excellent service and willingness to accommodate us.
