We used Parlato's for our daughters wedding. It was a small-ish back yard event for about 35 people. The food was amazing. The chicken parm and the lasagna were the among the favourites, and so was the penne dish. One guest, who is from Italy, commented that the penne was perfect in every way. Everything was fresh and delicious. The set up and the pick up, later that night was done swiftly and the gentleman that took care of that was amazing!! (I feel terrible that I don't remember his name) It was so nice not having to worry about the food everything was taken care of. It was such a great experience we will not hesitate to call them again! Thank you Parlato's catering!

They put together a delicious and affordable meal including prime rib and all the sides. Sonia was warm, responsive, and instantly made me feel like we were in the best hands. Otis was a true gem, friendly, organized, and went above and beyond.

The menu featured mainly finger foods, platters, and salads, all of which were a huge hit at the office. The delivery was well-organized and efficient, and the ordering process was straightforward, thanks to their informative and user-friendly online menu, which clearly displayed platter sizes, pricing, and information on food allergies and dietary restrictions. I had a terrible experience with Perlato and would not recommend it for large take-out orders. I placed an order well in advance for 15 people and confirmed multiple times with the person in charge. She assured me everything was set, and I even made the payment ahead of time.
However, on the day of pickup, I arrived only to be told by a random employee that my order had been canceled due to “something happening in the kitchen.” The person I had been dealing with was nowhere to be found, and there was no prior notice—just a last-minute cancellation, leaving me scrambling to find lunch for my team.
This level of unpredictability and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. No matter how good the food might be, it doesn’t matter if they can’t be relied upon to fulfill orders. I would not trust them for any important event or group order.
