Great food and service! Would have preferred to been located away from a foul mouthed young woman at a neighboring table lol - but the place was packed. Definitely a popular spot!

We went to this restaurant because of its famous. The restaurant is beautiful outside and inside, services were great but the food was a bit salty. Overall, we enjoyed it.

Very nice staff and vibe - kitchen was a bit slow to bring out orders but staff were super kind and made up for the delays.

Previously 5 stars but the service is just soooooo slow. Makes for an unenjoyable experience when you’re hungry.

Lunch special for 38$ is a good deal for the quality!
The mushroom pasta was super rich and incredible. Salad and soft ice cream no toppings all safe for gluten free. Staff were well aware of celiac and I appreciated them announcing the gluten free dish when they brought it to the table.

I don't understand how this spot got a 4.1. Victorian vibes are immaculate. Food is so filling and well done. I got the lobster casarecce, and my friend got the Hot Rod pizza. Also the nutella tiramisu is to die for, so nicely layered. Staff are so friendly. Classy place.

Hi there,
We had our wedding reception here back in August. We all had a wonderful experience and would like to ring in the New Year by saying how thankful we are for your great service and hospitality. The food was absolutely amazing. The staff was top notch. Our guests had such a great time celebrating with us. We would definitely recommend if anyone else is celebrating a wedding. We will be back to dine in the New Year. Piano Piano is amazing. Thank you!

You need reservations to eat and they refuse to take walk-ins and they don’t do take outs. Apparently they cook only to allocated demand. Anyway I got some left overs from a friend glad I never wasted my money at Piano Piano
Also noticed you have to dress up to eat bland food
From the reviews it’s clear they are not really service oriented

Kid-friendliness: I don’t think they are super kid friendly

If you have a food allergy, please stay away from this location. Long story short, I told the waitress numerous times about an allergy, and was still served food with the ingredient. When the waitress was made aware of this, she did not seem to care. I went home, emailed the establishment privately, and was not contacted even for an apology. Maybe a public review will force an apology. Please stay away from here. They do not care about you.

Our waiter was more worried about a table with young woman than taking our order and getting it right. It was my wifes birthday and she picked this place and was very disappointed. The meatballs had Grisel in them and were not very good.. Unfortunately we have a gift coupon and have to go back other wise would never go back . They did cook the pasta right . The Calamari had only 3 pieces in it and a lot of oil in the plate and pieces of batter .
