The service was the best part of the experience. We ordered 3 pizzas - 2 pepperoni and 1 vegetarian. $73.00 The pepperoni was very bland, and the pepperoni was not very impressive. The vegetarian pizza was also very bland. The sauce on both pizzas had no flavor. The best part was the (I think it was the owner taking our order) person taking our order. He was extremely nice and inviting.

We took my brother and sister in law at Piazza for pizza, our server was Phil, he was the only server at that time but he was quite organized at his service, courteous, smiling all the time, food was great, he was quite accommodating because we request last minute change of our meals. I would go back pizza and drinks are delicious.
Vegetarian options: Accommodating with request. They will do changes even not in the menu
Dietary restrictions: Accommodating with meals, they do any changes with request.

If I could give a negative rating, I would. This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star review. I went to Piazza for dinner with one of my best friends, and our server Zack was abundantly rude and made me want to get up and leave. The food was abysmal at best, If I wanted grease soaked pizza, I would’ve just dumped a frozen pizza in oil at home… tastes and looks the exact same. Not sure how this restaurant classifies themselves as professional. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

This past weekend I visited Piazza for the first time in over a year and had the most incredibly disappointing experience from a restaurant I used to love. First off, the food was simply unacceptable. The pasta dish I ordered arrived with raw, undercooked noodles. It was inedible and left me questioning the kitchen's competence. To make matters worse, the beer my partner ordered was warm, completely ruining what should have been a refreshing drink on such a hot day. For an Italian restaurant, the basics should be a given, but Piazza failed miserably. I will not be returning and can no longer recommend this place to anyone anymore.

It was a firat visit to Piazza Bistro for a party of 6. We had a reservation and sat inside. The service was very good and helpful with providing a quieter location in the restaurant and explaining the menu as asked. The wine, beer, and water selections were good. Bringing your own wine and paying a corkage fee of $25 is also an option. The bgrilled bread basket, salad with calamari added, pizza and pastas were all very tasty.
Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian and vegan options.
My husband and I had the most delicious pizza in this place. The service is absolutely friendly, and the bistro is located in the heart of lakeshore Oakville in a busy square full of entertainment. So the atmosphere has a happy vibe. But back to the food, the salad was amazing, the dressing had a right balance of oil and citrus, but didn't make the salad saggy and soaked. Pizza was one of the best I have tasted in the city. The owner was accommodating despite busy time in the kitchen and he was honest that the food must take some time. But we were pleased to be seated with cool drinks. Food arrived within half an hour as promised. We will definitely make many more visits and dine in this fantastic bistro.

An amazing place to eat with fantastic food and delicious drinks. Amar and Minnie are the best hosts and always make sure that the guests are happy. The pizza is one of the best that we have had and it tastes very fresh and delicious. The reviewer that said it was like frozen pizza has clearly never eaten here or even eaten their pizza. We have never had a bad experience and the food Is always on point. Judge this place for yourselves, and do not judge it based on probably a disgruntled employee.

I was unpleasantly surprised to have been denied access to the restaurant (inside) or washroom when I needed to change my 4-month-old baby in a windy evening WHILE waiting for a table to sit and eat in the same restaurant. Their policy is you can’t go in and change your baby until you are seated to dine. How sad. Fortunately there are better options in the region so I don’t need to come here again.
