I used to frequent this place back in the 80s and 90s. And then I moved away, and now that I'm back I realize how much I missed this place. And if you're lucky enough to get to sit and talk with Ashley you'll learn a lot. Over the last couple of days that I've been there and had the opportunity to speak with her, this young lady will remind you of everything that's missing in your life. And she's only 9. I will continue to go there for the atmosphere and the people that are there, just general good down-to-earth people, it just helps you realize where your life is. I know it's weird to say but this is just one of those genuinely great places to be. The owners are terrific the staff are phenomenal and the customers are just fun to be with and to meet.

Don’t listen to the negative reviews this place feels like home as soon as you walk in, it’s been here since the 80’s. The cook is the owner and treats you like family. Been here only twice and I knew this is the one place I would write a personal review for. The food is excellent the atmosphere is perfect. The negative reviews I read I disagree with because i doubt they weren’t adventurous enough and have their nose too far in the air. Enjoy home cooked food here.

This restaurant deserves to be on kitchen nightmares. It is terribly designed, you can’t tell if it’s a fast food place or a sit down diner or a bar. I asked the waitress what she recommends on the menu and she said the Montreal smoked meat sandwich. The bread is so low quality and dry it falls apart in your hand as you try to eat. I’ve also never had to share a ketchup bottle with every table that comes in. But don’t be alarmed this place doesn’t get too much business so if you do go you might just have to share with the kitchen in the back. All in all if you want low quality food service and atmosphere this is the place for you.
