Latte and fruit tea are both OK. The lady's service is enthusiastic. Sit carefully at the first table at the door, it’s super funny?

Tried their americano coffee. The coffee was not bad, I have tried better before. The service was awful. Very slow service and employees kept complaining that they would rather go home then be stuck working here. Was not offered a lid with my coffee which was annoying. Will not be returning.

I like Pilot but recently have been amazed by recent changes and supply chain issues.
First off was the elimination of custom orders. I’ve been ordering iced chocolate and was informed I could now only buy what’s on the menu, ie no iced chocolate for me.
Yesterday there wasn’t any chocolate available at all.
I don’t run a cafe but would guess that being able to accommodate custom requests and at least having available everything on the menus is pretty fundamental.

Tried Pilot Coffee Roasters for the first time and ordered the Heritage House Blend Americano. The coffee was exceptional—one of the best I’ve had, and I’d definitely return for it.
However, the service left something to be desired. It felt like I had to pull out information about the coffee from the staff, which took away from the experience. A bit more enthusiasm, a welcoming smile, and proactive sharing of product details would go a long way. Not sure if it was just that early morning or if that’s their usual approach, but a little more effort in customer interaction would be appreciated.
