Such a disappointing experience. We ordered 3 drinks , the taste was ok but the drink were lukewarm. Unfortunately that was not the worst thing. The service was 0 stars. I asked to have my drink in a mug instead of a paper cup and was told that an hour before the closing they are serving only in paper cups. This doesn’t make sense at all. First of all, I was charged the same price as people who ordered 10 minutes before me. Secondly, tables around me all have people still sitting with their regular cups, meaning I could pehave my drink in a mug too if the baristas didn’t start the dishwasher yet.Owner, please be aware. This is not a service for a downtown location where you charge $6 for a cup of coffee and serve it in a paper cup, like Tim Hortons $2 coffee. The service matter, the ambiance is matter.

Visited this place with friends and tried to pay with cash(the only accept cards). I asked why they did not accept cash and the answer i got from owner/manager was to prevent homeless from begging out front and buying coffee. Disgusted.

dropped by for a pick me up on the weekend and loved the early holiday vibes in downtown oakville. I got the iced matcha latte with cranberry syrup and it satisfied the craving. I couldn't taste the cranberry at all and the matcha was average. I would've gotten an espresso based latte but their milk steamer wasn't working that day so no hot lattes :( I much preferred the mocha, which had a rich aromatic bean flavour that came through, instead of just a chocolate taste like a lot of mochas. lesson is to stick to coffee drinks at a coffee joint XD

I love the community feel they have here they are gracious even give you a sample. Really like the Colombia coffee first time trying already a number one coffee shop got the london fog and it was a lot more then you get at starbies for the same price :)
