Pizza Depot Oakville

It is New Years Eve I purchased an extra large pizza with wings which was supposed to be the deal.
I have ordered many a times from here but very disappointed.
The pizza was burned on top and bottom. Extremely dry. Looks like the really spared the toppings and the cheese.
I think this was my last time.
I generally don't post but was quite disappointed 😕 as you can see.

Not impressed from this location as they don’t have delivery after 8:45.

Especially during the holiday season.

Tonight was the 2nd time I called to order pizza & they refused delivery. My colleagues & I were looking forward to having a pizza party at work but they don’t provided delivery.

To the owner I have never had this issue before at this location years ago must be new owner !!!

NOT IMPRESSED nor is the staff that was looking forward to a holiday pizza party !!

Quality has gone down over the last few years, does not taste like it used to. The staff was very argumentative when they got my order wrong. Instead of acknowledging a mistake was made on their part, they made me bring back my pizza to prove it was not made correctly.

In the past, I also notice random ingredients I didn’t order on my pizza. I will not be coming back

Hi everyone! I just want to appreciate the taste and service of this store. I am from Spain and I usually prefer mild-spicy food. I’ve had their pizzas many times before, but this time I wanted to try something a little different.
I called the store for a pickup order and asked for a mildly spicy pizza. One of the staff members suggested their mild-spicy Indian-style pizza. I decided to try the tandoori chicken pizza, and I absolutely loved the taste.
The service was mind-blowing as well. I placed my order on a Friday when the store was extremely busy. They promised a pickup time of about 20 minutes. Honestly, I expected it to take longer because it was Friday, but to my surprise, the pizza was ready exactly on time. I didn’t have to wait at all.
Wonderful taste and excellent service. I really enjoyed their food and highly recommend this place.

I tried the Shawarma Chicken Pizza and it was amazing! The crust was fresh, the toppings were loaded, and the shawarma chicken had great flavour with the perfect amount of spice. The garlic and sauces blended really well. Definitely one of the best specialty pizzas I’ve had—highly recommended

Yesterday, I tried the Tandoori Chicken Pizza from this store, and it was absolutely amazing! We had a great dinner. I usually order the pepperoni pizza, but this time I wanted to try something different. So I called them to place my order, and the person who spoke with me—though I don’t know his name—was fantastic. He was very gentle, patient, and helped me choose the right flavour, waiting patiently while I made my decision.
I’m extremely happy with both the service and the food.
I’ve now added one more favourite flavour to my list!

I ordered a veg pizza for the first time and asked them to make it separate from the meat. But I found a pepperoni on the pizza. What would I say now? I can compromise on taste and other things but if you disturb someone's feelings then how can people come and order again? I never experienced this with any store. I just regretted it now. It is like these people do not care about the customer. I felt it was not fully cooked but I was like That's fine because my health was not good but then I found a pepperoni on my pizza. That's ridiculous. You guys ruined my mood my money and everything.

Worst pizza ever.

Had to add my own pepperoni and cheese and reheat it when I got home. Never going back.

Just don't waste your time and find another option unless you just need to fill your gut with anything edible.

Update: As you can see they responded with asking me to email them what happened and they haven't responded. This company doesn't follow through

Worst delivery experience , 2 XL pizzas were upside down and squished in the box .. paid approx $70 with Tip
