No good Picked up a large Canadian pizza and didn’t look at it until I got home. Crust was burnt, over sauced and little to no cheese or toppings. Couldn’t finish it was that bad. Used to be good and a mistake to try a franchise spot and will stick to the independent shops.
I visited this Pizza Hut today and honestly had a really good experience. The staff was super polite and friendly, and the service was quick. The place felt clean and hygienic, and the food was fresh and tasty. Overall, I’m really happy with my visit and would definitely come back.

Pizza Hut at 146 Lakeshore Rd W, Oakville, is an utter disappointment and a textbook example of false advertising. At 9:43 PM, a full 17 minutes before the 10 PM closing time clearly stated on Google and their own illuminated sign, I entered with my partner, only to be met with a rude shout from a young employee (glasses, black beard): “We’re closed!” When I calmly noted the posted hours, he curtly dismissed me with, “The kitchen’s closed,” in a tone devoid of any professionalism. If your kitchen shuts down early, have the decency to turn off the “open” sign and lock the door. To mislead customers with incorrect hours is not just poor management—it’s a deliberate disrespect to those who trust your business. I didn’t arrive at the last minute; I gave ample time. This appalling treatment ensures I’ll never return, and I strongly advise others to steer clear until this establishment respects its patrons enough to honor its own hours.
