This location is terrible. There was only one person working the front at 6pm and they kept constantly heading to the back to cook people's food when there was already someone back there.. They did this WITHOUT WASHING THIER HANDS too.. horrible customer service, and the pizza was poorly made/cold by the time I could get to the front of the line and the attention of the staff to pick it up

Ordered a panzoretti, went to toilet to clog it. Got stuck in there for 45 mins was yelling help. The guy said sorry im the only person working here i will let u out once your food is done. Ï proceeded to uber mcds and had the delivery guy unlock the door for me and still the food was not ready. The owner needs to hire employees. The food however 10/10 hit different

I had ordered through Uber Eats. My order consisted of the cauliflower bites tossed in buffalo sauce. I would like to take a moment to address a few concerns. First, the packaging was awful. The box was open, and not properly sealed making the food inside spill out in the bag. Second, the cauliflower bites, were cold, and the display of the food looked messy and unappetizing. Picture below. Third, my order came with no utensils or napkins. It is safe to say, I won’t be eating at this particular location again, and won’t be recommending this location to any friends or family. Very disappointed with this experience. So disgusting!
The guy working both times I came was super friendly and was extremely busy the first time I came with a school order. I had to wait (which he explained from the beginning and I was ok with that) the food was well worth the wait!I made the mistake of going to a different location the next time I was craving pizza pizza and it was the worst mistake I had ever made!! Nothing was cooked properly, and the panzo was so undercooked and doughy I couldn’t even hold it up right to attempt to eat it. It was flopping apart everywhere and was hands down the worst panzo I ever had- it ended up in the garbage. I was given a credit from head office in the amount of the panzo so today I finally went ahead and ordered it from the original spot I loved last time! And Lemme tell you this guy did not disappoint. My panzo was cooked to perfection, as well as my boneless bites I got on the side. I would definitely recommend this location at Dundas and neyagawa. 10/10 :)

We live close by and always order once a week or so. We get the pick up special and they make the absolute best pizza. I am meticulous about my pizza and always put notes and they happily oblige. Great place for pizza!

The worst experience. They said it will take 5-10 minutes but I waited for 30 minutes to get my pizza. They checked after I asked again and they brought it soon. The pizza was already cold. Did I go there in person for this cold pizza? Never this place
