Hey, so i entered this store at about 1:05 AM in morning and we waited at front desk for about 7 mins and kept calling ::::anyone here , then out of no where this guy shows up and was behaving like , we were bothering him , like just for buying food ??? , then he didint even look at us and said what do you want ( was hostile) he wasn’t nice . I was saying please after every sentence i said to him . He wasn’t nice , fully ignoring me . Aftermath, i think management should take care for that . If employees doesn’t want to work overnight . Then please change overnight staff or fix this thing . Please as a request . THANKYOU

INCREDIBLE ! This review is only for the Bronte Lakeshore west location Best in town ! I’ve been coming to pizza pizza ever since I met the President Pat Vanelli when he was front line worker many years ago. This location of pizza pizza is the #1 in Canada In my opinion, they even beat the non-franchise places too Yeah I know ??? Pizza Pizza ??? by far the best Try it, you’ll see Only this location Bronte Lakeshore West deserves this review. This does not apply to other locations.

The driver dropped off the pizza at the front door without knocking. In the winter, the pizza sat outside for over half an hour. Finally, I called customer service to find out where the pizza was, and they informed me that it had been left outside. This is an unbelievable lack of common sense.

It has good food and a good location but the service has been bad before. I ordered something with 7 dollars, buying a 6 dollar item and they didn't give me change. After, they forgot about my order and left it there so it wasn't that hot when I got it. The pizza is good but only if you buy it there. Delivery isn't good, it just tastes like any other pizza store. Its non-pizza items are really good and is probably the best food option in Bronte if you are looking for fast food because of the quality and variety. Overall it's good but service can be iffy
Vegetarian options: I had the vegetarian spicy chicken sandwich, not expecting it to be that good, but it wasn't bad at all. It was good, like almost beyond meat level.
Parking: Parking lot directly behind that is big and is always empty

I recently had their half cheese and half Veggie, and I loved both! The cheese was perfectly melted, and the veggie toppings were fresh and flavorful. It’s clear they serve their pizzas straight out of the oven.
The staff was friendly, and the store was clean, which made for a pleasant visit. I highly recommend Pizza Pizza for anyone looking for great pizza!
