My family ordered a pizza from this Pizza Pizza location, we ordered one pepperoni pizza, one cheese pizza, and one order of tater tots. When we opened the pepperoni pizza it was missing the cheese and sauce leaving us with bread with peperoni on it. And when we opened the cheese pizza it was missing the cheese and sauce leaving us with a circular piece of bread cut up into triangles. I don’t understand how a pizza place messes up the one thing they do which is making pizzas. It is completely unacceptable as we paid $70 for this entire horrible experience. Would not recommend this pizza pizza. I would post a negative review if that were possible, stay away.

Horrible customer service from everyone in this place. The manager/owner was shockingly rude and arrogant, and the staff were just as bad — rude, inattentive, and completely unhelpful. This place doesn’t deserve your time or money.

By far the worst service I’ve ever had. The owner had zero manners and acted like he was doing me a favor just by talking to me. The employees were equally unprofessional — rolling their eyes, ignoring customers, and chatting among themselves instead of working. Disgraceful.

My name is Mrs. Bhatti. I had a horrible experience with this Pizza Pizza location. I had called and placed an order for pick up from this location. When I went here to pick up my party size cheese pizza the staff member said we dont have your order we never received it from Pizza Pizza. Then he called Pizza Pizza to confirm the order and the representative said Pizza Pizza had accidentally sent my order for pick up to the wrong Pizza Pizza store and to go ahead and give me the Pizza for FREE. Once the pizza was done the manager said our system is not showing the pizza as being free. Then I told him to call Pizza Pizza again and he did and after confirming with them for the 3 time he finally VERY RELUCTANTLY gave me my pizza for free. Absolute crooks.
