Had a really bad experience at this location today started off with cold and unpleasant customer service from the lady working both when I placed my order and received it she literally tossed the bag in my direction and made zero eye contact also like she was annoyed to have to serve me and when I was waiting for my order I couldn't even find a clean table to sit at every single table was disgusting and covered in pizza crumbs which was surprisingly because it was slow and the employees would easily have had time to clean them. This experience shows that the staff at this location care zero about the overall customer experience (rudeness from the lady employee and dirty store) I feel bad for the GM or Owner of this location because the employees working today (October 21st 4:30pm) don't care what so ever I will not be coming back to this location after feeling very unwelcome today too bad!

Compliments and 5 stars goes to the chef for making my Vegan pizza (dairy free cheese, roasted red peppers, mushrooms and spinach) tonight with fresh ingredients and care.
0 stars for the owner who collects tips via debit/credit machine and keeps it for himself.
Please give tips in cash to support our pizza chef.
P.S. After reading the response from the owner I feel very upset with all the ignorance.
Mr. Owner.. you better not cut any hours from your employees becauce they speak up and stop pocketing their tips or I'll report you to proper channels.

One of the best pizzas i had. We ordered one large with black olives, roasted red peppers, and green peppers. Mr. Vicky took and prepared our order. Thanks for the service.

I like pizza pizza but this location is worst... such a bad experience... Food is stale, tastes horrible,, overfried,, . I never garbage food but had to throw Jalepeno poppers.. it tastes so bad... those overfried in old overused oil was not good... never coming back to this location.. the upper middle and eigth line location is best.. wasted money..
