Air-conditioning system is not working. While in these hot days staff was also working without AC. It's unacceptable where we can't seat and have our food. I visited the place last month there was same scene that ac is not working and now when I visited the store again one of their employees said it's just turned off today. This is hilarious. This much heat can cause side effect of their own employees as well as customers.

Ordered delivery, Pizza came cold and late. Took over 1hr and 10mins.given I live 8mins away from store. Called the store 3 times and requested eta and was told its coming.3rd call staff hung up the phone.

Gross.. I could only eat one slice.. I got the 4 cheese pizza.. I live VERY close, and the cheese was barely melted ... crust was too thick... just gross.. never again.. use to be soo good. 👎👎👎👎

That pizza place down the street always hits the spot. Their crust is perfectly thin and crispy, not like those other soggy messes. Plus, they're super fast, which is great when I'm starving. Toppings are always fresh and piled high, no skimping there. Definitely my go-to for a quick and tasty pie.

This is by far the best pizza in Oakville always friendly service. Had the Sicilian pizza today really good love the honey heat also perfect crust. Good tomato sauce.

Bad pizza, burnt, so dried up and hard - could hardly taste the sauce. Not worth the 40 cad I paid. They don't know how to make pizza. All thrown away. It was for kids birthday party and really embarrassing as no one touched it. Thank God no one's sick. But, never again for me - feeling mad at myself for making a mistake to order here.

DO NOT get food delivered from here! Every time I get it delivered from this location I specify that I have a sleeping baby and a dog that will bark if you knock on the door, so to leave it outside and DO NOT KNOCK. I’m pretty sure they don’t read this because every. Single. Time. they knock on the door, which makes my dog bark and wakes up my baby up.
