I got best customer service from girl working there. She was so sweet and friendly even I reached there on closing time, she cooked best pizza. This store is so lucky to have her.

I have ordered from Pizzaiolo for corporate lunches over the past year now, probably have bought 50 XL pizzas so far. The food is fantastic, everyone at the office loves it, especially the Bianca! Service is great, I have never had any issues with them. I recommend Pizzaiolo.

They don’t wash their hands after handling cash.

Good service but they’re very stingy on the toppings both on single slices and whole pizzas. Very underwhelming

Such a wild decline over the past three years. What was once a "go-to" pizza for any occasion...it now resembles a preheated, high school cafeteria flat bread.

One of the better pizza’s in the neighbourhood in my view, especially if you’re in to thin crust. Served with a smile, but expect delays on busy days. Not much of a dine jn - good for pick up.

The people preparing pizza do not wear beard nets or hair net. Not only has topping quality and quantity gone done since new ownership. But the staff are all indian and do not have a single hairnet or any of their exposed hair covered. Especially the guy with the beard should be covering it so hair doesn't fall in the food..

Edited.
Btw they literally put 1 small piece of chicken on a whole slice. It is like they count it, there are some slices WITH NO PROTEIN. It seems like the new owner is of a very cheap background. This all changed once the new owner took over. I guess the new pizzaiolo motto can be "the cheap pizza makers pizza"
