1) Waited over an hour when we were the first people there...they seem to have forgotten about our order.
2) most people handling the food making process had gloves and hair nets but the delivery people were assisting in touching and making the food with out hair nets and gloves
3) there was barely any cheese on it so I had to add my own at home
4) way too over priced
5) the bacon was raw
I dont think ill be back....

Visited Jan. 11, 2026, happened to be nearby. Small location but ladies serving were great. Unfortunately pizza slices tasted old i.e. day old. I did not enjoy it at all. Suggest that you keep tabs on product displayed. In larger locations, pizza turns over quick.

I was really disappointed by a recent visit due to a serious FOOD SAFETY CONCERN. I witnessed an employee touch the cash register and debit machine, then go to the sink and quickly rinse her gloves, dry them, and immediately begin placing toppings on pizzas using the same gloves.
Rinsing gloves does not make them sanitary after handling payment equipment, and this is a basic food-handling issue. Gloves should be removed and replaced entirely before touching food.
This experience made me uncomfortable eating at this location, and I hope management addresses proper hygiene and food safety practices with staff so know one gets seriously ill.

What has happened to this location? I just picked up my order: the crust was uncooked and limp and, in a 3 item order, they forgot one of the items. I won't order from them again, maybe they're under new management?

I’ve given this Pizzaiolo location multiple chances, but the experience keeps getting worse. The service is consistently poor, and it genuinely feels like they just don’t care about customers. Deliveries are almost always late, and the food quality is completely inconsistent; sometimes acceptable, other times disappointing and not worth the price. At this point, I can’t recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable service or good food.

I appreciate the generic apology, but it’s frustrating that Pizzaiolo is asking me to reach out to them instead of taking responsibility and contacting me directly. I already spoke with the owner/manager, who said they would call me back in five minutes, and never did.
This response just reinforces the lack of accountability and poor customer service I’ve experienced. With several Pizzaiolo locations nearby, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
I went in before closing and the girl working there still took my order , she was really polite, and helped with my order, pizza was delicious and place was clean.

One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had! I went in close to closing time and still received excellent service from a girl working. I tried their classic cheese pizza — the sauce was evenly spread and the cheese was just the right amount. Definitely worth it!
