Experimental food menu is interesting, but might not appeal to everyone. The Reuben egg rolls & sprouts were great, the sliders pretty good, but the spread of life didn't quite work. Pretty decent craft beer selection. All the staff who waited our tables were friendly and great.
Would've given another star, but their booking system isn't great, we were given a text warning to report to them within 5 minutes and we returned promptly only to be stuck behind an elderly couple who had got their reservation dates mixed up. Short of pushing past them, there was no way for us to present ourself to the hostess. But they gave our table away. Not a problem if they could find us another table, but the hostess then told us we were late and had arrived at minute 8, not 5. The other staff member beside her saw us arrive well in time, but didn't say anything. It's one thing to give away the table, but trying to argue with guests that they didn't turn up on time when they did isn't great customer service.

A big thank you to Plank Restobar, who accommodated our group of eight including two young girls this past week. We had a great server in Lindsay and the food was all fantastic. They never made us feel rushed, the food came out as expected, the service was on point even providing suggestions when asked. Would definitely recommend.

Went there on a Tuesday night, getting them to reserve a table was very difficult despite there being multiple empty tables when we arrived. We got the nachos which were very good and the sliders which were a bit salty. It was very loud and crowded, which is fine if that’s the atmosphere you like! They had a parking lot behind the restaurant which was pretty much full when we got there so we had to park on the street. Overall a decent experience.

Plank has amazing food and a great vibe. However, if you’re looking for a good night out with friends or a date spot, beware that they have an hour and half seating limit and kick you out. Worst practice ever!

The place was absolutely rocking at 2 p.m. on a Wednesday afternoon. The hostess was very friendly and welcoming. Even though the place was quite full, the service was excellent. Our server, Ty, was pretty sharp. Both the pizzas we had were fantastic and complemented each other. Good selection of beer on tap! A reservation is definitely recommended.
