Delicious açai bowls!! My daughter and I had the P bowl and the K bowl. Unfortunately they to not have gluten free granola but that was easily substituted with almonds. Lots of choices on the menu with smoothies, acid bowls and much more! Plenty of free parking and lots of indoor seating. We will return more more menu items!!

I’m discomforts writing any negative reviews especially with business struggling. Unfortunately this has been a consistent experience. I always order by phone and EVERY time I have ti braise myself, not only with the noise in the background , which I understand are the machines running. Not only with the communication difficult, but the telephone manners are very u professional. Rushing thru the order than cutting the lines before I can complete my order, causing me to have to call them back! I just wish the employees are given a little training on ohone orders. And not just hang up. A proper end to a call would be appreciated.

Terrible customer service , called in because I spent twenty something dollars on two smoothies that were awful. The girl working there actually tried a couple of times to improve it I think she forgot to add ingredients . When calling in to get reimbursed or replaced they went back and forth to prove timing of when order was placed and not intending to replace or reimburse me .

Just visited Quench for the first time. This is also my first time making a review for any business. I ordered the Blue smoothie with vegan protein. Got the smoothie, took one sip and it was not blended properly (chunky, not enough liquid) and it also had what tasted like chunks of protein powder in it. I went back in and told the staff person. She took off the lid, stirred it around and did not speak. I kindly said I would like another smoothie or for this one to be blended. She scoffed and told me she would have to charge me again so which I said no. Then she told me I was only getting a snack size. Again I said no, this was not made properly. She begrudgingly made me another one but was incredibly rude. So disappointed with the way this was handled. A first time customer who won’t return.
Visited Quench Juice Bar in Oakville this evening and had a fantastic experience. The smoothie was fresh, flavorful, and made just right—exactly how I like it. The staff was extremely polite, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. It’s clear they care about both quality and customer service. The atmosphere was calm and positive, making it a great stop to relax and refresh. Definitely one of the best juice spots in town. I’ll be coming back soon!

This evening, I had the pleasure of enjoying a smoothie and açaí bowl —and I must say, it was nothing short of exceptional. Every flavor was delicately balanced, each ingredient fresh and thoughtfully chosen. But beyond taste, it was the care and intention she poured into her craft that left a lasting impression. There’s something rare and beautiful about food made with genuine passion—it nourishes more than just the body.
