Worst service today ever. The Manager was extremely rude to a new hire in front of customers. I then paid for two drinks and had proof of the transaction which I showed to her, but since the paper didn’t print on her end she wanted me to pay twice and refused to give me my drinks that I paid for. With so many other great bubble, tea, options out there, I’ll never be going back there again!

This for sure is the worst business at Oakville Place and the worst Bubble Tea shop I've ever been too.
When the business first opened it was reasonable. Now the place changes and it's a nightmare. They always have young teenagers working there who don’t care and have no clue what they are doing.
Drinks are getting more and more watered down to the point where you cannot tell whether you are drinking yellow water with ice or Mango Diamond Slush.
The amount of mango pieces in largest size of a Diamond Slush is literally a tea spoon. Tapioca is cooked improperly and looks like one sticky, tasteless chunky mess that's glued together. All you get is ice /added tap water.
Manager who responded to previous comments should stop lying and embarrassing himself.
Have respect for your clients! We are not idiots.
Writing that your product is top quality and you do your best are just empty words, that do not change facts.They are as far from the truth as it can get. Stop telling lies and start taking actions and making positive changes! If you can't work properly and provide what's promised close your business and do not fool people.

Yunni was phenomenal! She cleaned both juicing machines before I came in, before closing. She was open to making my carrot/orange juice even though she would have to wash the juicing machines again. I highly appreciate her kindness and service. Thank you, Yunni!

Employee gave attitude while I was browsing the menu as a first time customer. Convinced me to not pay the $24 for 3 drinks (ridiculous price for treating a customer like a burden) <3

Friday 2nd Aug we placed order for freshly squeezed mango juice. Instead of mango juice it was mango flavored water. This has happed 3rd time, earlier it had good product and staff who valued customer requests (less ice, no sugar etc.). Summer is the peak season in this business, therefore management needs to be on top of this to ensure they deliver the promise made by the brand.

Awful experience. Every real fruit i go to i ask for an extra cup so i can pour some extra. I literally begged the staff and i was willing to pay extra any amount for it and they refused.

Suggestion: please charge extra for extra cup and seal for small toddlers but dont refuse it. Its horrible for parents to not enjoy their drink while a toddler is screaming their lungs.

Another suggestion is have baby drink cups and bubble teas available so we can select from the kiosk and pay there instead of begging the staff, who couldn’t care less.

Also, other real fruit locations allow us to pay the cost of cup and seal & they let us pour few spoons in to another cup for under 3 year olds.
