We went there with our kids today evening around 7 PM and one of the server was very rude to us and a clear racist person .I would recommend to avoid this place .I ordered coffee and croissants and paid but after waiting for 10 mins he didn’t give us Croissants saying I didn’t order it .He didn’t give me a receipt after paying so I djdnt challenge him infront of my kids and ruin our mood .pls avoid this place .If you are the owner and reading this pls fix your employee’s attitude.very hostile environment

Went in as a regular customer to order my soy latte one for me and another for my senior mom , I was told sorry no soy as we were leaving my mom wanted to use the bathroom and was not allowed because as the lady in the coffee said you are not a customer today ! My mom is 79 and needed a bathroom!!! And we would have ordered our regular soy latte they did not have soy … what a shame !!!

Beautiful location in downtown Oakville with a nice patio/outdoor seating. Coffee was not hot (at 11am) and was watered down. The place is quite dirty. Service was just ok.

We were in line waiting to order something off the menu, and as I was trying to order our drinks, the blonde haired girl paused and said it’s for customers only and hesitated to give the code. If I was ordering my drinks, does that not make us a customer? Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service, as well as the way the situation was handles after the fact.

Threw out my cappuccino today. Went to Starbucks. They really don't know anything at this branch. Asked for the pumpkin loaf today to be heated and the lady at cash register looked like she wanted to pass out or was bored I don't know. Had to wait on her to hear me three times because maybe I don't know the computer can't help her actually critically think I asked for a cake to be warmed up? And you should know also if you have ice cold frozen egg sandwich then you cook it flipped over again instead of serving it with an ice cold spot. More people who are afraid to speak and use common sense. Way to go manager for making your own shop look like a disaster. Don't go to this coffee place! I don't even think they taste their own products Good Lord!

I was very disappointed with the food quality and service at this location. It used to be very different (much better) a couple of years ago, but has really deteriorated. The almond croissant I ordered was more like a bun with almond paste in it. It did not have any of the elements of a croissant. It was very bready, dry and disappointing. The coffee was too strong and extremely bitter. Adding some cream and honey didn’t make it much better, so I was forced to add milk halfway through the coffee just to be able to finish it. The staff was behaving in a most unprofessional manner. One of the servers actually came out into the guest seating area while speaking to her family member loudly on the phone. Her family member was on speaker phone! When I placed my order earlier, she seemed very disinterested, and was not pleasant or welcoming. The workers were busy most of the time speaking to each other in their native language. Unfortunately, it did not create a good atmosphere. I have nothing against people talking in their native language, however for restaurant workers/ servers to be shouting to each other across the cafe seemed very unprofessional. It did not create the right atmosphere for a cafe.
