I’m a front line worker as a courier I tried to use the restroom quickly, and I got refused by an employee saying it’s only for customers I can’t believe a coffee shop refuses hard-working people When In need to use the restroom Completely disgusting with staff It’s illegal to refuse a band restroom privileges this was on June 3 10 AM 2025

Had such a bad experience today. The lady at the register seems to lack the ability to understand her coffees. We had ordered a hot vanilla latte and a caramel latte (hot) ended up receiving two cold brews. And when questioned her response was you have to specify it at the time of the checkout. So I would like to reiterate , what I asked for was a hot brew.
Maybe the management should relook into training their staff.

Yesterday i was there with 3 friends. The place smells of freshly baked croissants all the time . Clean washrooms, friendly staff , great summer drinks and a lovely patio. Why think of Starbucks when you can have all this right by the lake ?

Yesterday when we stopped by with our 3 young children we were extremely disappointed in the atmosphere and the service! And even more disappointed with the treatment we received from the owners!!! We went in to get my 4 year old son some banana bread because he loves second cup banana bread and the entire store smelled like raw sewage!! We had to wait awhile in line because there was only one person working the cash even though it was a very busy day so it was quite unpleasant having to stand there and smell that my! Meanwhile my husband was sitting outside on the patio with our 2 year old and our baby waiting for us and he was feeling uncomfortable because he was being watched the whole time. Finally when we joined him and my son was eating his banana bread the owners came up to us and told us we were not able to sit there because it was only for second cup customers and my husband had an old Starbucks coffee we had bought hours ago! We exclaimed we were customers because we had bought the food but they were not satisfied and we felt extremely uncomfortable, packed up and left! This idea that you can only purchase from one store or another and can’t enjoy things from both places is not feasible and certainly I don’t think worth losing long time customers over!! We for sure will not be returning to this location and will also be telling everyone how we were made to feel.

My drink was so expensive for a crappy vanilla bean latte. For that price I was expecting MUCH better.

The owner took forever to make my drink and by the time I got it it was cold and it was not the drink I has ordered, and when I mentioned it ro her she was very rude about it telling me it 'wasn't her fault'?? The drink itself was very expensive considering how mediocre it was. Very disappointed.

The guys don’t know coffee at all. They keep serving you in paper Cups stating their dish washer is broken which is since the last 6 months. They don’t know what’s an espresso. You order one and you get Americano with the paper cup full upto the brim. The only good thing is their location. Can’t wait for another proper coffee shop to open here.
