I want to love this place but I ordered something asking if it was on Samoon Bread and described the bread and they said yes but when I got my order it was on saj bread and then the man (owner?) convinced me it would be just as good, so I felt obliged to take it. I also had to wait for about 10 minutes for my wrap and was just left there to wait. Usuaully someone would tell me how long the wait will be or that it'll be ready in a minute kind of thing. Also, the man was wiping his hands on his pants or something else and it felt a bit unhygienic.

The food was good. The sauces are delicious. Just weird in between moments that added up.

I enjoyed the Dubai Chocolate. Love having the snack size available so I can run in a buy little bits.

I really liked the food, and service, it was amazing, the staff were welcoming and kind. The place has a fancy atmosphere and is perfect for families. I highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be visiting again 5 stars from me.

You guys don’t want to miss this place. Not only is it delicious, but portions are huge and the team is phenomenal. Check it out Oakville! Mousef was the best. Will be back for dinner LOL!

Beek kebab shawarma is really good. Overall, I love the place. Hygienic and delicious. Man at the cash was kind enough to offer complimentary soup, also offered me to try the rice first before ordering and see if I like it.

Got here at 11:35am (store opens at 11am), though nothing was ready. Representative was not friendly and said they only had the chicken shawarma and gave no other options. Two chicken shawarma for $18 was not honoured. The shawarma itself had cold chicken, though it was stated it was from the morning. There was 0 shawarma sauce, and absolutely no vegetables inside as a traditional shawarma would have. It was a single flat bread with cold chicken pieces.

This place is extremely slow, waited over 40 minutes for my order.

The photos they post on social media is nothing compared to what you get. There is hardly any food that comes with the platter, no pita with the platter, there is not 1kg of chicken. It took one hour because the chicken was still frozen and took some time to cook. I saw their fish tank it was disgusting and I feel too bad for the fish. If the tank looks dirty like that then I wonder how clean everything is … the place was dirty.

I’ve been to shawarma x in Oakville five times now, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming, and the food is consistently delicious.

I wasn’t planning to leave a review, but after noticing some unfair comments from a customer who seemed more interested in getting free items than appreciating the service, I felt I should share my honest experience.

From my side, I truly appreciate their efforts — they provide excellent food, great service, and very reasonable prices. They’re doing a wonderful job, and I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Regretfully spent 16 dollars on a chocolate bar there (Dubai chocolate bar) Outrageously expensive for a sub par chocolate bar and don't be fooled by the false advertising on the packaging showing it's thick with lots of filling. Literally 1/4 of the thickness it shows on the packaging.

Great service and absolutely delicious shawarma! Incredibly flavourful and perfectly prepared. Highly recommend!
