My 7.29 drink I’ve been getting daily (not here - except today) SUCKS! I miss the neyagawa gas station. And how dare you tell me how my regular drink should look! If I spend $5k a year at Starbucks, I know how it looks.

I love Starbucks but this is probably the worst location. The baristas always seem to hate their jobs and are constantly annoyed. The worst experience i’ve had is when my niece went to get a drink remade because it tasted like water and the barista working there told her to take the lid off, dumped it out in front of her, put some of the same juice mix and gave it back to her. All while laughing with his coworkers. They always get orders wrong and just don’t care to correct their mistakes. I hate to be so picky but when you’re paying 7$ for a drink it should be made right. Just drive 5 minutes to another Starbucks and save yourself the headache.

I had a very disappointing visit to this Starbucks location. The person taking my order made me feel uncomfortable and discriminated against. He was staring at me in a way that felt judgmental and unwelcoming. Whether it was intentional or not, his behavior came across as rude and even racist.
We go here quite often, the staff here makes this place very wonderful. Special mention to Page who is awesome, provides exceptional service and always welcoming with a smile

This afternoon (June 29, 2025), my daughter had trouble figuring out how to redeem the birthday deal. A kind staff member at the register stepped in and helped her out, and it completely made her day! Thank you for creating such a positive experience.
Highly recommended coffee place to go. The staff here are welcoming and genuinely helpful—you can tell they truly care about their customers.

I had a really disappointing experience today. I ordered an Americano, and not only did the barista look visibly annoyed and unfriendly, but she also didn’t even bother to ask or add water to my drink — something that’s typically standard. Her attitude completely ruined the mood of my day. I usually come to Starbucks for a good coffee and a friendly atmosphere, but today was the opposite. A simple smile and basic customer service would have made a big difference. Really hope this isn’t the norm here. I could have mentioned her name, but she wasn't wearing any name tag!! ):

Thought I was ordering a Frappuccino, but what I got was a vaguely coffee-scented ice puddle in a cup. The texture? Like someone whispered the word “espresso” over a cup of snow. Where’s the whipped cream? Oh, apparently I need to beg for it now.
Tipped a dollar on top of a 7 dollar ice mush out of sheer optimism; turns out I was just sponsoring mediocrity.
At this point, I could’ve blended a handful of ice cubes with regret and saved myself the trip. Bring back the real Frappuccinos. You know, the ones that didn’t taste like a memory.
