Location at Cornwall accidentally made my drink incorrectly and I didn’t notice until I was all the way at Dundas. Stopped in quickly to this location in Longos due to the other Dundas location being temporarily closed. Luis was very welcoming and understanding and took the time to explain that any location would be happy to help. They remade my drink with no questions asked and a kind smile. Thank you!
Dietary restrictions: I’m lactose-intolerant and they remade my drink with oat milk.

I drank coffee with milk. I really liked it because it wasn't very sweet.
I ordered a Decaf Almond honey flat white. It smelled rotten, foul and tasted horrible. I think the Oat milk was expired and spoiled. This is the second time this location has served a terrible drink. For the amount of money a drink costs at this establishment you think they would check for product freshness. Not impressed and will never go back to this location. Truly disappointed. If I could give less than one star I would.
