I went today for my birthday, I was really sad over something so I wasn’t very energetic when I ordered, polite, but quiet. I asked for less ice in my venti drink. When I got it, they had put a frowny face in black sharpie and filled my drink halfway with ice. It was my one birthday treat and it was so disappointing. They really hurt my feelings. Will not be going back.
Went in for egg bites and a chai latte. Mobile order. I always park and pick.up in the store to avoid running my car for no good reason.
Was met with smiles.
A happy barista left a feel-good note on my cup, and it made me smile.
angila at starbucks in cornwall continued to throw my change at me when i paid with a 100$ dollar bill it seemed like she got upset. i then counted my money and realized she did not give me the correct change they then made me wait while they counted their till to make sure that they did not give us extra money. basically she thought i was lying about the change given. made me feel like i was a thief when i was clearly not in the wrong.

Starbucks is a great place with super friendly and accommodating staff who truly care about their customers. The team goes out of their way to make customers feel awesome, and the barista provides exceptional customer service. Tony, the barista, is especially welcoming and makes sure customers leave happy, even when there are occasional hiccups with orders. The staff often have people in training, but they show patience and care. The Sugar Cookie Goodness drink is delightful, and the store looks clean and fresh. The team is quick to compensate for any issues and always tries to help, like finding items in the back storage. Definitely one of the best Starbucks locations to visit!
