Starbucks SHAME ON U ! As a 15 year customer of this Starbucks, I will never support them again! Today I drove over 3 hours and looked forward to getting my 2nd coffee, but I really had to go elsewhere first, if u know what I mean. I asked an employee fore the BR code, as I could not wait through the LONG LINE UP to get it. She said No. Only way to get the code was to wait through the line up. I explained my situation, still no. I’m outta there and went next door for my needs, then off to Whole Foods for coffee.

They simply don't know how to make cappuccino. I asked for it twice and both times it was wrong, the first time without coffee, just whipped milk, and the second time with coffee but no honey, when I asked for it from the beginning.

This is the friendliest starbucks ever. We went here on our first day moving to canada. So many friendly people, they've followed our struggles to get bank accounts, buy a car and a house. It's a second home.
Parking: Right outside.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access with automatic door openers. Staff will help in anyway they can.

Love this Starbucks! My drink is always done in a timely manner and I never have to wait very long even if I place the order a few minutes away. Never got the gentlemen’s name working at front (bald) but he’s always pleasant and the other baristas are great as well. I work in 3 different cities and this is by far my top 3 and my favourite one in Oakville. Beats Dundas/Traf & the one on Ironoak by a landslide.
