This location has gone downhill, I used to visit daily and now it's maybe once a week because the service is so slow. Placed a mobile order during a not -busy time and still had to stand around and wait for my order for over 15 minutes beyond the estimated ready time, so a total of 30 minutes waiting. My drinks were ready but my simple croissant was not. Nobody even looked to acknowledge that I was there waiting, I had to flag someone down. Horrible horrible service. Not worth the price anymore. What happened ?

Good Evening, I would like to take this time, and leave a review. My mom and I come weekly, sometimes twice a week, and do our respective work. The atmosphere is always so warm, inviting. The baristas are always so welcoming and kind. We love our time here! Anne & Nicole Mom and Daughter
I used to love going to this location and used to find that while the prices kept increasing; the fast and friendly service and clean and welcoming atmosphere used to be worth the cost. Not anymore. I don't know what has happened or changed at this location in the last few months, but it seems that no one really cares about anything anymore. Workers do not shout out a "hello" or "good morning" anymore, in fact they barely notice me while I'm waiting to place my order. The tables, chairs, windows, floors and facilities are always filthy and the amount of bugs in the snack case is devastating. I surely hope they are not serving food from there. Overall, everyone behind the counter looks bloody confused and frantic while accomplishing nothing. Don't even bother trying to use the drive through on a weekend! You'll be waiting precisely 10 years.

I stopped by to grab a scone, but ended up forgetting my ring in the washroom! I called them up and Charlotte found it for me. She left a detailed note to the evening staff that I would come by to pick it up and they kept it aside for me. It's the little things that make a difference. Thank you guys so much, your staff rocks! <3
