I Usually have a positive experience here. However, today I ordered an iced latte with almond milk, but they served me soy milk. I have a sensitivity to soy and didn’t realize it was soy milk until symptoms began shortly after consuming my drink. This was followed by hours of gastro distress! Staff need to be more careful here, as people may have serious allergies and dietary restrictions. Thanks for nothing…

Just another day in Paradise. Service with a smile and quick service was definitely on the menu today on this beautiful Sunny afternoon. Like most Starbucks the atmosphere was just devine. Always love the sounds of the coffee shop. Cappuccino for 2. Will be back again.

I'm really disappointed in this Starbucks location. Usually, the service is top-notch, but today was a disaster. The new staff seemed completely lost - it took 15 minutes just to get one drink and a cookie! And to make matters worse, the salted caramel mocha Frappuccino was made incorrectly, and I ended up getting food poisoning. Not impressed.

they refused to give my friend her birthday reward because the app wasn’t working, even though she had her id to prove it. barista said people fake their birthdays all the time so she couldn’t give it away????
This Starbucks is a regular stop of mine when attending appointments in Oakville. Overall, it is an efficient café with generous inside seating and some outside seating. The busyness of the location often makes it difficult to find seating and because it is such an open concept café it often is extremely loud.
Visiting this week, I was hoping to be able to sit outside, but due to lack of shade, and the patio location essentially in a parking lot, the heat was too extreme. Inside the café was very crowded but, due to the activity it certainly is a good place for a coffee and a chat without worrying about disturbing others.
On this visit, I ordered a decaf Americano in my attempt to decrease my excessive caffeine intake. I am always on the lookout for a good decaffeinated espresso, beverage, and Starbucks usually delivers. On this occasion, the drink was made exactly to my specifications and, for a decaffeinated drink, was very satisfying.
I aim to frequent locally owned coffee shops and so I would not recommend this cafe as a destination. However, if you are getting together with a larger group of people and or, are on the way somewhere and need a quick refueling, this stop is not a bad choice.

Stopped by this Starbucks around 9 AM for a coffee. No greeting or acknowledgment at the window. The girl serving (Asian girl) had no manners, no smile, and zero customer service. Just handed the drink without saying a word. Very cold and unprofessional. Totally not the experience you'd expect from Starbucks. Won’t be going back to this location again.

This coffee has not even been sipped yet.
Service and staff are friendly but why is the coffee not filled up I just don’t get why I’m paying for a half empty cup
