White males will SLAM items around the moment that I walk in the door, as a tall black male. I felt unwelcome right away. I have come here multiple times to work on my businesses on my laptop. When I sit down to work quietly, the workers will come sweep right behind you and SLAM the dust pan, SLAM chairs around on the floor, and various other covert harassment techniques to make it clear you are not welcome there. SCREAMING in their conversation, trying to force me to hear them over my full blast headphones. This asinine behaviour needs to stop. These types of individuals are ruining every public place with this behaviour, and I will not tolerate it.

Worst Starbucks ever. No cutlery at the customers disposal, didn’t quite inquire if it was a sit-in or takeout, just assumed it was a takeout and drinks served without a straw and offered only once I requested. Is cutlery a luxury? Felt like it at this location.

I visited the store recently on 7th march 2024 and i was happy and excited to see how my drink is prepared. I was just quietly standing at the corner server named THEA for unknown reasons told me so rudely to stand at another corner. She seems very frustrated and gesturing at other patrons.

I come here pretty often. They seem to be quite understaffed every time I am there. Despite this, the baristas are friendly and quick. I want to give a shout out to Chris, who served me on bar today. He went out of his way to speak to every single person and worked his way through the queue quickly. Not sure if he's a supervisor or what, but that man deserves a raise!
