I order the same oat shaken espresso with light ice and syrup every time, and it’s always great—except when it’s made by this particular barista. Then it tastes like plain oat milk with hardly any espresso, and the “light ice” request is ignored. It’s disappointing to pay $7 and get such inconsistent quality.

I just moved to Oakville and have been to this Starbucks location a few times already. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this barista deserves one. Her name is Garima, and she’s so polite and quick. Yesterday afternoon my wife ordered four drinks and mentioned we were in a hurry, and everything was ready in a few minutes. Amazingly efficient staff. I think this location will be my go-to place now.

I come here regularly and these guys are always awesome. Unfortunately today during my usual visit I was served a Brown Sugar Oatmilk Cortado made with regular milk. I got through about a half of it before calling them to see if I was crazy about it tasting really weird.

I am not just lactose intolerant but have serious allergic reactions to dairy (think cold/flu symptoms). This mistake could make me feel sick for DAYS. 🥲 They rectified it by offering me a refund when I’m in the area and a replacement, but it’s a health issue to have slip ups like this. The shift supervisor I spoke to was incredibly kind and understanding, which I was thankful for given I was super upset when I called. They reassured me it would be addressed behind the scenes.

I have never had a negative experience with Starbucks staff anywhere in the world until I came to this location.

The baristas here are rude, stuck up, disorganized and incompetent. We were handed the wrong drink on two occasions. The tables inside are always a disgusting mess. The last time we visited, we waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru for a single latte. Meanwhile, through the window, we could see three staff members standing around, making idle chit chat while the line behind us continued to grow, causing a huge traffic jam in the parking lot.

Of all the Starbucks stores that have closed recently, this location should've been the first one on the list.

Poor experience, poor staff and poor service

I was really disappointed with this store. I'm a regular customer here. On December 17th, around 2:30-2:40 PM, the lady named Jackie treated me very rudely. Gave me the hard time, I wanted to buy 21 gift cards, she told me I am not allowed buy 15 gift card and then told me to wait because she had to serve other people. I told her I was also a customer and asked her who the manager was. She then arrogantly said she is the manager. I said I didn't need her service, but she said she was too busy and only had herself available. She was really arrogant. She's just store manager in this store, she dared to lecture customers. Later, another male server was very polite and apologized to me. I have a heart condition, and I was so upset by her that I insisted on resting in the store before leaving.
Hopefully this message and finds someone who can manage the store,This woman's qualifications aren't up manager position because she doesn't know the customer service

Dec 17 10:40am Waited 18 minutes for my coffee. Apparently my order was misplaced again, while other orders were prioritized.

Clearly not a priority as a customer. I’ll be finding another Starbucks.

Dec 12: Second time visit ever. Walked in to see a male staff (large bald guy) pulling up his pants zipper in front the washroom. I stopped abruptly as it looked like something else at first. Perhaps do that in the washroom before exiting. 🤷

Visited here for the first time. Was so impressed with Icy's amazing customer service! So friendly, thoughtful and nice. Thank you and keep it up Icy 👍🏻👍🏻
Portions a bit small though but that's Starbucks generally.

The staff were ONLY speaking a different language (Middle Eastern) to each other behind the counter, no English. First time here in a while, and this locations gone downhill. Every table was messy
