The Subway #2604 is at 380 Iroquois Shore. If you want a Sub get yours here. The service is friendly here, the food is good. The atmosphere is also very pleasant. This location's overall appearance is very clean. We ordered a 12 inch turkey sub on whole wheat. The woman who served me did exactly what I asked her to do. She also offered to heat the sandwich which I declined. I was taking it home to share with my wife. If you like a sweet and tangy sauce get the smokey mustard on the side. Ask them if you can try the sauce first. You'll be pleased. This location gets a Ten. It's very easy to access the plaza and Tim Hortons is two shops down same plaza.

I have to say this was the worst customer service I've ever had at a Subway. I go to Subway every day for the last 6 months in Burlington and I get a snack which and I came to the one in Oakville and they only give 1 piece of cheese 1 tomato, and they charged a dollar more. I would never go back. And I would not recommend anybody go to this location. Go to any other Subway, but not this one

I gave a rating of two only because the woman at the cashier was pleasant. The man with the glasses making the subs makes me never want to come back to this location. Which I have been going to for 10 plus years. I ordered a chicken rancher sandwich he put barley any chicken. Before I could even say what I wanted on my sub he assumed and started to put lettuce..... I usually get spinach instead. I asked for green peppers and there weren't any in the bin except the few that were sitting under the plastic drip tray, he proceeded to take the tray out and scoop up the slimy bits when I had to said no thanks. There were other issues.. I will never go back.
I miss the old owners and employees, the customer service was 100 times better and it was a friendlier atmosphere.
My Question to Subway is: Are we as the customer not allowed to choose what toppings we would like? This man was only going to put what is in the description of the particular sub I ordered.

Had a brand new coupon, said they won’t honor it because it’s not uploaded in their system! Haven’t been in a subway for two years and now I know why! Never again!

During online offers they disconnect their machine to avoid getting more orders and they dont want to give discounts to the customers

Picture was taken from my car at 9:14 pm when the store said they close at 10 pm both on Google and on their store sign. The worker clearly didn't want to work until then seen a few people walk away as well. If you are going to close early at least amend your hours on your sign and on Google so people don't come to your store only to find out your too lazy.
Definitely won't be back the reviews seem to be quite poor for this store anyways honestly I doubt they even read these or care. Subway at upper middle in the metro plaza blows this one out of the water.
My friends and I walked in around 8:45 but to our surprise there was no bread left. I mean how come they have started closing 1 hour and 30 minutes prior as he mentioned?

There’s nothing more I despise than wasting money. Something in my gut told me not to go to this subway location, but I was running late for work and didn’t have time to go to my regular location. Entered the premises. No one out front. Waited nearly 4min for someone to attend to me. A male with glasses came, and I placed my order: footling rotisserie chicken. That normally comes with two scoops of chicken. This guy only gave me one scoop for an entire footling. It still pisses me off. I’m more annoyed that I didn’t say anything. I paid and left. Never again will this location get my hard earned money. Go elsewhere folks.

Teryaki chicken tasted old and bland taste. The guy working there looked annoyed while preparing the order and added the pinch of cheese. Me and my boyfriend felt sick after having the sub.
