When I was placing order, I was judged that I am a homeless despite having a winter outfit. While making a veggie delight sub 12inch, the cook was female and she started adding the veggies but when I asked her to add one more layer as that layer she did was low, as I eat subway several times in month at the same place.
She was getting angry on me I didn’t told her to have I will be needing hell lot of veggies, and she started saying, I am not comfortable. I won’t give you more veggies.
Later part she did revel that” I know you don’t wanna buy it that’s the reason you did 2 foot longs. I clarify “you think I don’t have money to pay for these 2 foot long sandwiches? And she replied Yes!
I am pretty sure not gonna be coming back and also tell everybody to stay away.

I ordered a steak sandwich, but it was missing the steak! The staff seemed indifferent, and I don’t understand why they put such a tiny amount of everything inside. It would be better to just order bread instead of a sandwich!!!!

Horrible subway, Was made super late and slowly when it could’ve be in the oven toasting while the employee was making the other customers sub. Took wayy too long to make. My sub wasn’t even packaged at all or wrapped properly. The bun was burnt and hard to chew along with all the veggies falling out the sun because the employee didn’t care to close it properly. Also, the contents of the sun just tasted odd and weird unlike usual. Never go to this location!!!! Horrible service and food.

This location had the most unfriendly and unprofessional employee I have ever met at any fast food spot in all of Oakville. She constantly rolls her eyes at you and is just all around a mean person. Highly avoid eating here!

Where do I start? I ordered a footlong sub and was given something different, upon asking for what I actually ordered the employee rolled her eyes expecting me to eat what was inncorectly made. On top of that a ‘regular’ customer came in AFTER I had ordered my sub but was taken care of before me even though we had ordered one sub each. Abismal customer service that makes me never want to go to Subway ever again. The produce looked freezer burnt and the station was messy so not even mad I didn’t have to waste the fifteen dollars.

Don't order through the app to here unless you expect to wait 15 minutes past the ready by time even when it is empty. I got there as my order should be ready to found it not even started, then waited 5 minutes for the person working to finish cleaning. Ended up leaving with my food 15 minutes late and missing parts of the order. Also, don't dine in here unless you want to get sick. I watched an employee wipe counters, glass, chairs, tables, and the metal divider with the same cloth and no cleaning solution. Terrible job at cleaning, but amazing job at spreading germs and potentially making customers ill.
