This place is so awsome they have so many sub choices like tuna, cold cut or veggie the price is not bad when i get a 12 inch sub from them for $9.99 plus tax so it come to $11.25 which a good price for 1 person I highly recommend this place

My wrap way gross. The wrap tastes old and they are trying to pass of cabbage, like what they use for coleslaw as lettuce. Subway has also removed their grills? Doesn’t make for a good wrap.

I visited the subway. The old lady seems with her specs is very rude. She doesn’t know how to behave with customers .
Please get her some behaviour and etiquette classes

The service was incredible, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, very kind. It's evident that they put in effort to make this subway location a very welcoming and warm atmosphere. Not uncommon to see people from the local yacht club journey up here for lunch or dinner, and the small talk that occurs is very enjoyable. I usually come here with my friends, and we all share the same opinions that this is one of the best subway locations.

Been going here for 5 years, wonderful location. Customers are rude and write bad reviews over the tiny inconvenience. Its a lovely store run by a family. Visit for yourself. I always stop for a chat with the owner when I'm getting a sub. Highly recommend.

This location never accepts any coupons, or participate on any deals on the app. (or very rarely, I’ve never been successful) When I have had a sub from this location, paying full price, the toppings seem to be stingy.
They are not participating in the 5 subs for under $10 promotion but they will gladly charge you full price if you don’t notice. The app should specify that the location is not participating with big bold red lettering…. Or anything.

Came to this place with a few of my buddies, we had a deal and a QR code that allowed us to scan the deal at the store before paying. It was a buy one get one 50% off, as they finish making the sandwiches I go to the counter to scan my coupon and pay. At this point I try to scan it and the qr scanner is not working or appears to be off. I tell the man working there (seems to be the owner) that it’s not working he told me that it must be faulty and that I should just pay full price. I told him that I have the deal here that is from the subway app and I was expecting to be able to use it, he tells me “you should have tried before then”, I replied with “ it is not my fault that the scanner is faulty. I then told him that I’ll place the order online and will pay online so I’m able to get the deal. He was very very reluctant but he realized I wouldn’t have taken it without the deals so very reluctantly told me to do it. My friend asked for a water cup and the lady working told him “ make sure you only fill it up with water” such an unprofessional and unclassy comment. I would not recommend this subway to anyone. It is a shame to the franchise new owners are needed desperately. If the owner is reading this I’d like to give you a word of advice, having returning customers that are happy is more success than saving 4 dollars, I would also seriously recommend you to do one of the following
1. Change your ways and realize the 4 dollars you’re saving is not worth the unhappy customers
2. Sell your store to someone who will honour the franchise.

Portions are small, owner is cheap with coupons and in making the food itself. Go to another location, owners need to realize that running a business like this won’t lead to success.
I visited Subway restaurant and I was extremely disappointed by the rude behavior of one of the female staff members. She is old lady with specs
She was disrespectful, spoke in an unprofessional tone, and treated me unfairly without any reason. She may have left a negative internal note or rating about me as a customer, which I find unacceptable.

On Sunday, I was walking in this area with my child (5 years old), and the child needed to use the restroom. We went inside to use it, but the shop assistant (a woman around 35 years old wearing glasses) didn’t allow us. She said the restroom was for customers only.
Yes, I understand that it’s their policy, but couldn’t they make an exception for a child? It’s shameful to see people who don’t care even about children.
P.S. She started the conversation in a very rude manner right away.
I am a returning customer and up until now I had not had a bad experience at this location. I came in with a coupon for buy 2 footlong subs, get 1 free and I was shocked when they told me I couldn’t get the toppings that I wanted on any of the subs….which seemed very odd to me. The coupon did not indicate this in any way (attached photos below). They told us the reason they wouldn't honour the coupon is because we were getting a free sub, so they couldn't justify giving us all the toppings we wanted. This was also my first time using a coupon at this location and was not expecting this treatment. We took the coupon to the 2316 Royal Windsor Drive location instead, where they were able to honour the coupon with no issues. I do not suggest going to this location as they try to cheap out on your order. Spent my money elsewhere and left a tip ;)
