Horrible customer service. Incorrect order.
I recently ordered three foot-long subs (two of steak'n bacon and one of sweet onion chicken teriyaki), all with cheese, and two of them were supposed to have double cheese through Subway app. However, none of the subs had any cheese at all.
In addition to the missing cheese, the food itself was cold, and the amount of vegetables in each sub was minimal—even for the ones where I specifically requested extra. Overall, the quality and care put into the order was clearly lacking.
I called the store and spoke with the person who made the subs (she said her name was Cuja, though I may have misheard). I explained the issue, but she repeatedly insisted, “I put the cheese.” When I asked to speak with the manager, she told me the manager would be back next week.
There was no apology, and instead of addressing the concern, she continued to argue and wouldn’t even allow me to speak. I assured her I wasn’t making anything up and mentioned that I had taken photos of the subs. I asked if she had any photos or video proof on her end, but she said she didn’t and that there was nothing she could do.
I was a little upset when I discovered the missing cheese, but I became very frustrated after speaking with her. It ruined my evening, and it was not the kind of experience I expected—especially when I was the one who received the incorrect order.
I’m disappointed not just by the missing items in my order, but also by how poorly the situation was handled. I hope this can be addressed appropriately.

I ordered a salad and the rice was cold, the meat was cold, and the spinach was already bad. And when it came time to pay, I didn't deserve a tip; the machine didn't have a no-tip option, so I had to give it by accident. But I won't be back.

Good staff on weekdays Saturday totally different situation. Poor service. And did not get my subway reward points. Also needed the restroom and it was totally disgusting. See photo. I told the clerk and she said “ yes I know I am not cleaning it”. I said can I use the employee one and she said “no” I will never go again !!!!! If this is not cleaned I wonder how unclean she is for other areas of the prep I have had problems in past with no paper etc. it is usually not nice and the lock does not always work to get in. It needs repair I also wonder if this would pass health inspection given the totally unusable toilet facility

Literally was just in.. I ordered a 6' Veggie Delight. I asked for lettuce (plenty) cucumber (3 super thin slices and so tiny) tomatoes (2.5 very thin slices) and onion...with sub sauce.. barely a squirt and mayo. So basically eating a onion and lettuce sub?? Why sliced so thinly?? Why bare minimum veggies?? It's a Veggie sub for $6.20?!!!! I did ask for more cucumber and tomatoes.. he added 2 more of each. Oh Boy! Will Not be going back here again.. when other Subways load up their subs a lot more. : (

August 9th. 7:55pm The cash lady Cheated us! She charge us chicken teriyaki crunch’s price for 13.39$ and gave us sweet union chicken teriyaki price was 11.99$. She told us the sacan machine doesn’t work and then told us to order online. Then she took our cellphone away and ordered it from our cellphone for us and checked out for us. Said it’s done. When we got home we found we got charged for the expensive one which wasn’t the one we ordered and received!

I asked for the foot long topper. the attendant was either having a bad day or was just ignorant. She clearly did not like her job and had trouble understanding English. She also forgot the dipping sauce. Never going back to this location

super rude staff, who I think was the manager or owner serving me, tried to charge me extra for a topping without me noticing then proceeded to get mad when I brought it up. I encourage you to make a sandwich and walk out as these bums dont deserve your $
