Beware when ordering online. Last Saturday I ordered lunch for my employees.When paying they charged me twice for the order. ok no problem just refund my card for the second charge. "I'm sorry we can't do that only head office can, you will have to contact them yourself"?!?! Do you have a phone number to call or an email address? Nope, you will have to look it up. After a week and 7 emails...zero response. So now I have to contact the cc company to dispute the charge which they are gladly doing however because of an unauthorized charge my card has to be cancelled which means I now have to wait 2 weeks for a new one. Thanks Subway for your spectacular customer service!!!

Popped in for a yummy lunch while out doing errands with the hubs. Very nice staff, very clean, fresh everything!I had a delicious club and he had the steak and bacon. It was so much that I saved half of mine for dinner tonight! This is our go to Subway! Thanks for always being consistent and friendly!

The lady making my sandwich was very polite and greeted my as soon as I walked in. My only issue was that cash bills that are $50 & $100 isn’t accepted. I had a $50 but was refused. There should be clear signage from management stating this either on the door or by cash.If you are afraid of fraud money get a machine to check it.

i came in with an order of three subs and a salad, i knew this was a big order so i told her that when i began my order!she made the three subs and when she finish i reminder her i needed the salad , that’s when she began scolding me for not telling her sooner and telling me “how hard i was making her job” . i’m sorry but why was the woman shorter than me scolding me as if she was my mom? some people shouldn’t do fast foodwhat an unpleasant person.
