I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this Subway. The waiting time was far too long, even though there weren’t many customers ahead of me. Service was extremely slow, and it felt like the staff were not paying attention to moving the line efficiently. What should have been a quick stop for food turned into a frustrating experience. Subway is supposed to be fast and convenient, but this location really failed to deliver on that.

I ordered through UE and got green peppers, they smelled kind of funny, upon eating half my sub, I puked my guts out. I feel like the green peppers were a part of the recall. That can make someone with an autoimmune disease very very ill, which I have. Please be more aware of what you're serving customers and please do it in a cleanly manner.

Mr. Jigesh, your employee Manpreet is rude everytime we visit but this time she crossed all limits. Incident time 9:50 PM, 17th Jul 2024. She was very rude and said things like "You should tell me all instructions in one go". She kept making frustrated faces and finally threw the sandwich towards my family. She was throwing sauces wildly, shutting the oven door like she wants to break it and was getting mad for every instruction she was given. My family and kids were scared to be in her presence. If she doesn't like working here, she should look for something she likes and not spoil your customer's evening and their dinner. She seems to have a specific negative attitude towards people of her own ethnicity. With others she seemed very happy. Very bad experience.

Just left this location and what a disgusting place. This location had the absolute worst employee at my time of visit. June 11th 12:15 AM. I’m never seen someone so untrained in my life. Doesn’t change her gloves and clearly cross contaminates my food. Just dumps the turkey into a fat ball of meat and then the other half which was suppose to be meatball was completely dry. I asked for some marinara sauce and she dumbs it towards the end of the sub. Once it came time for the topping she literally put so much spinach there was no room for anything else. The rest of the toppings as well were thrown on rather than placed normally..I told her i did not want the sub because it was so horribly prepared and looked extremely unappetizing. There was no way i wanted her to remake anything, but she proceeds to dash the sub to the side and tells me I’m wasting her time… I’m wasting HER hourly paid time lol.. I’m going to share my experience with corporate because that’s not how any store should be operating..This particular employee should not even have a job absolutely ridiculous!

everytime i come in at 3am on monday morning she say oven is not working and doesnt even grill my sandwich.?say issue every week!doesnt have proper service!?i think owner doesn’t care for the store! i saw other reviews regarding bad service!
