I made a huge mistake suggesting Subway for lunch at work when we had customers. We ordered for 12 people only for everyone to receive subs full of vegetables and barely any meat. I ordered a bowl. They had no chicken. How could that be on a Tuesday at lunchtime??? So I had to get a steak bowl only to receive a bowl with no steak but 1 tiny piece behind the spinach! See the picture for yourself. This bowl was $18. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will make sure our company, including all our partners in the area, does not order from this place. This is pure greed and negligence. Thanks to Niraj he just lost a lot of business.

Ordered peri peri chicken series. Has nothing to do with peri peri. Sandwich had lots of lettuce and very little chicken . Hardly tasted the chicken. Very bad experience. The owner seems to be skimming on the protein. Price is not justified

I tried my veggie sandwich as per new trainee recommendation it turned out so well and she was sweet I highly suggest to go to this subway and the quality of veggies and bread was so good.

Do not order from here. I ordered a salad and got half a salad delivered. The worst part ... I ordered chocolate chip cookies and received white chocolate macadamia nut as a replacement however, I'm allergic to nuts!!!!! Then when I call to inquire, I get hung up on. Followed by not answering my calls.

DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE, AND OVERALL NOT THE PLACE TO ORDER.....

I went to the store, nobody was there at the store from the staff. I was waiting for 10 mins but no one. Then I called on the store number and the guy came out from inside. Did not even apologise or anything, before putting this guys at the store front they should be trained with basic customer handling skills.

The worst dinner ever. Me and my family went to this location after the movie on 21st Jan 2025. It was around 8:30 pm at night. We were all dressed up in winter gear since it was a polar vertex warning going on. We ordered the subs and decided to eat at the restaurant. We asked for room temp. water bottle and were provided with a cold one. On asking about the room temp. water bottle, the lady at the counter said the one provided is room temp. It was a bit ridiculous to hear that.
When we began eating the food, it was cold too. And slowly we started realizing that there is no heating inside the restaurant. On asking the lady to turn it on, she refused and said the owner asked her not to do it. She was sitting in the corner with a small heater by her side.
It was -25 degrees celsius outside and there was no heating turned on inside the restaurant.
We were with the kids and this is by far the worst experience we had. Inhumane atmosphere followed by rude behavior of the employee at this subway.

**Restaurant Review - November 5th Experience**

I had the worst experience at this restaurant on November 5th at 8:30 PM. The girl working that night was incredibly rude to all the customers, which ruined our dining experience.

When we arrived, we noticed that she removed all the veggies from the front without bothering to check for more available options. She repeatedly told us they didn't have various items, showing a lack of knowledge and customer service skills. Additionally, she limited us to only four sauces, and the portion sizes were disappointingly small.

Despite wanting to leave due to the poor service, I felt pressured to pay for my meal. I was shocked when she informed us that they would be closing at 9 PM, even though Google stated they were open until 10 PM. By 8:30, she had already taken away many items and said that no dine-in was allowed.

This was genuinely the worst dining experience I’ve ever had, and I would not recommend this restaurant based on how I was treated.
