Non Canadian owned garbage customer service.

I bought two footlong sandwiches to dine-in. I've asked the girl who works there for a cup of water and she refused it very rudely. Told me to buy a fountain drink... a subway in Canada...........

Its ridiculous.

The tuna tasted very fishy, and had a disgusting smell. I hope i dont get food poisoning

I am disappointment with the customer service. There is one girl she work always in morning with specs. She did not has manners to how to greet a customer i visit three or four times in week at first it was okay but this morning i order from mobile and when i visit store the employee assisting me was not courteous. Specifically, they threw the napkins onto the shelf in an unprofessional manner, which I found disrespectful and no Hey no thankyou throwing spoon and napkins is not good like if you are regular customer and she did not even give me store id so i can do complaint about her. I always go to this store but due to this disrespectful thing am never gonna come here again also my friends not gonna visit this store.👎🏻👎🏻

Ordered from this restaurant online (skip the dishes), after first order from Subway on Trafalgar cancelled. Waited over an hour before they too cancelled without any explanation.

A guest in front of me walked out because while they were making their food, the cleanliness was not up to par then, I witnessed them take the cheese of a sandwich with meat, dust the meat off and put it right back in the tray to use again. The only reason they threw it out after was because I said something so if your vegetarian be aware there is definitely some cross contamination with meat products.

Disgusting experience. A costumer receipt is hanging and touching lettuce for at least a good minute. Food safety should always be #1 safety, and having a dirty receipt( doesn't matter if it's on a counter, which they mostly are) hanging around food area is unacceptable. I do have pictures taken as proof if this message would be disregarded.

I ordered online, but the site kept loading, and it didn't show anything to confirm the order or confirmation tracking number. Then it took me back to the order summary, where I hit purchase again and got confirmation.When I went for pick up, I found they get both orders and withdrawal twice from my credit. I felt very bad to have extra food that I don't want and paid 2 timed
