But recently visited again and seems like the owner had me served very kind and nice and had a good feeling and the meatball sandwich was good as always.

I went into this subway and despite them not having one of the items I wanted for one of my sandwiches, I was met with a positive and pleasant attitude while my sandwiches were being made. Lovely service.

I had very bad experience with this location. I bought subway from here and the employees were so rude and they behave like why do just customer came to their store. Their customer service is very bad. I will never comeback to this store again. I guess employees should be replaced to provide better service otherwise it’s not gonna work. I recommend don’t go to this store. Still am giving 1 star but it doesn’t even deserve.

At a cold snowy night, my 10 year old and I ordered two subway sandwiches online and the payment went through. We walked and the staffs said they didn’t receive my order. I showed them the approved bank statement in my phone wallet. The manger Brian announced maybe their system didn’t go through and asked me to call the Bank Hotline by myself!!! With a starving little boy beside me, he said there was nothing he can check. It should all solved by the customer! As a customer, I ordered, I paid, and the payment was gone. When the subway system went wrong, it was still the customer’s responsibility. Never believe this is how a restaurant treat their customers. The story end with my little kept asking me why we didn’t get our food and why the man didn’t believe us?!! Horrible experience!!

I’ve been going to this Subway for years, and the one thing that always impresses me is Brian. I think that’s his name, the guy is always polite, makes your sandwich to perfection and is very appreciative of your business! I’m surprised he doesn’t work for head office and go to stores that need to improve their customer experience! So if you want a good sandwich at a reasonable price, this Subway is the one to choose if you’re in the area!

It's a 5 star rating when Bryan is serving. When he is not, the other staff 9/10 times misses something. For example, once she put less than the standard tuna and today the chap did not cut the foot-long sub into to 6" subs. They were more like 4" and 8". It's these small things that effect customer experience.

Very disappointing experience with this store. I usually prefer to leave positive feedback, but this incident left me no choice. I ordered a Veg Footlong Sub for pickup yesterday, and when I got home, I realized it wasn’t prepared as ordered. I had specifically asked for Italian Herbs & Cheese bread, grilled and toasted, but none of that was done correctly.

I tried calling the store immediately after noticing the mistake, but no one answered for over 1.5 hours. When I finally got through after 2 hours, the staff was rude and insisted I bring the sub back for a replacement. By then, it was too late for me to drive back. I even offered to send pictures of the incorrect order, but they didn’t care about customer feedback or resolving the issue properly.

I’ve been a regular customer here, especially in the summer, but after this incident, I won’t be returning. I still love Subway, but definitely not this store. I strongly advise others to check their orders before leaving the shop to avoid such hassles. Customer service like this is unacceptable.

This is my new favouite Subway location. BRIAN WAS FABULOUS, he welcomes all customers and was patient with my grandkids deciding on their toppings and engaged them in fun conversation.
Thanks for making it a fun lunch when there's so much ordinary out there these days. Dpinder was kind when my Evelyn was slowly choosing her topics too.

We were happily greeted when we came in, the person happily took our order, and we checked out. We ordered the Cuban crunch foot long and we split it, putting different toppings on each side, and they were happy to accommodate us. We dined in. Very clean, including the washrooms. Friendly and Nice environment. We will be coming back again! Thank you for the delicious lunch! I'd definitely recommend to friends and family to dine here.
