Zero ambience. Tempura was over breaded and soggy. Mackie rolls had no flavor. Water had floaters. Washrooms were very gross. I would just never go back. No redeeming qualities other than a friendly server.

This was an Ubereats lunch order, and I have to say I was impressed. Their beef bulgogi bento was flavourful and the quality fairly good. I really enjoyed the orange slices and gyoza. The California rolls and avocado & sweet potato rolls were also fresh and flavourful. I also very much appreciated being served maguro sashimi that was actually maguro. This will now be a go-to for us when craving beef bulgogi bentos, sushi, and sashimi.

I got delivery last night, and the food tasted so good....until 2am..when I woke up with diarrhea and throwing up. I will never order from here again!

I found hair on my sushi, and the soy sauce tastes like nothing.
Quality of sushi was not good. Discoloration of salmon and just did not taste very good. The spring rolls and miso soup were good.

Ordered with Uber Eats 6 different sushi items. Would not order from Sushi Hour again. They use so many tempura bits in the specialty rolls as fillers that that is all you taste.

Ordered my lunch online. Pick up time said 11:54. I showed up and the restaurant is closed.
Thanks for wrecking my lunch hour.
Fast service and they even bring the appetizers and cold food out first so you can enjoy something while you wait for the main course! I feel like not many places do this anymore. The wait staff is always attentative. They provide everything I'm searching for such as soft shell crab, sushi pizza, futo maki, inari sushi and seaweed salad. They don't water down their sauces like some places do. It's rarely crowded and I leave satisfied every time. I can't wait to try their all you can eat menu next!

worst experience ever. Never left any bad reviews to any restaurant. But this time I have to do so. The waitress whose last name is wang, used her weird tone informed us “you guys eat too much!’. This is so ridiculous, we only ordered one round and be honest we did not order a lot, and we finished all the food. Her attitude is so rude and not showing any respect to the customers. We will never ever come back to this place, even take out. We are done. That’s it!!!!!!!

Dining at sushi hour tonight was the worst dining service I have ever experienced. I've never written a negative review, but I was so angry today. This is an all-you-can-eat restaurant. After I ordered the first round, the second time I ordered sashimi, the quality of the sashimi was particularly bad. 80% of squid sashimi is at the tip, and salmon is also at the tip, which is thin and small. We gave our feedback to the service staff very politely, and a long-haired waiter had a very good attitude and indicated that he would give us better quality portions as long as he asked for it next time. But another waiter on the next shift, surnamed Wang, has short hair and dyed yellow hair. His attitude could not be worse. He told us that because we ordered all-you-can-eat, the quality of these sashimi was so poor. Such quality would not be the best. Appears in single point. My husband picked up a very small piece of sashimi and said that giving sashimi of this quality to customers would make them less appetizing. The waiter surnamed Wang said to us very loudly and sarcastically, "Huh?!? You have no appetite!?" We were really, really angry at that time. We understand that after the epidemic, costs will increase, business will be difficult to do, and life will not be easy for everyone. However, is it reasonable to say such sarcastic words to guests with such an attitude and tone? Later, the waiter with long hair told us that she was sorry. She felt very embarrassed after hearing what Waiter Wang said. I made it clear that I would not tip Waiter Wang for today’s dinner. After the meal, I gave all the tips I should pay to the long-haired waitress. To the waitress named Wang, I just want to say that your service and your words are really embarrassing. You really discredit sushi hour. We will never come back to this store because of Waiter Wang. At the same time, we will also warn our friends to avoid this restaurant. If a customer in an all-you-can-eat restaurant orders a normal meal with almost nothing left over, but is scolded and teased for eating too much, then the meal is disgusting. I don’t know if the boss and Waiter Wang are very good friends, or maybe Waiter Wang is the boss of this restaurant. In short, if the service attitude and words spoken are so hurtful, will the business last long? Today is Saturday, we entered the store at 5:00 and left at 6:20. There were only two tables of customers including us. Why is the business so deserted? I hope I can have time to think about it during sushi hour.
