Outstanding Service!
We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Julie at Swiss Chalet, and she was truly exceptional. From the moment we sat down, she was funny, jovial, sweet, and incredibly kind. Her energy made the whole meal feel warm and welcoming.
She was also impressively fast and thoughtful with our orders — everything came out exactly right and right on time. What really made the experience special was how she went out of her way to get everyone to come over and sing Happy Birthday to me. It felt sincere, joyful, and so well organized — not awkward or rushed at all, just genuinely lovely.
Julie is one of those rare people who turns a regular meal into a memorable experience. You can tell she truly cares about her guests. Swiss Chalet is lucky to have her, and we were lucky to be served by her. Thank you, Julie, for making our celebration so special!

I hate to complain, but after my past experience I’m not happy. I’ve been going to Swiss chalet for decades and take my employees every couple of weeks as a treat. Unfortunately, I was there Thursday around noon for takeout, and realized when I got home the chicken was dried out and hard. This location must be serving leftovers from the night before. Not impressed. I would appreciate a replacement FRESH meal, otherwise I’ll never eat Swiss chalet again. Hope management sees this and does something about it. Why not give it to the needy that night, as opposed to paying customers who expect fresh?
