Our server wasn’t interested to serve us. We felt rush by the server to leave. He kept bringing us the bill to pay. We didn’t asked for the bill and weren’t done eating yet. Worst Swiss chalet experience ever.

Two of us turned away because the hostess said there were no tables for another 20 minutes… we could see 3 empty 4 seaters available. I guess they didn’t want our service.
It’s my understanding that you give the customer whatever is available and not hold tables for hopefully getting a larger family in, not good business practice in my opinion.
GREAT service! My fiancé picked up our order but rushed out a little too quick, and a manager ran out with the other half of our order before we drove off - totally our mistake, but they saved us!

Our server, Antoinette is great at her job! It made our dinner so much more enjoyable to have someone take time to speak with you; even though it was so busy during Kids Eat Free night! The food was excellent also!! Highly recommend the Upper Middle Road location in Oakville

I had an excellent experience at Swiss Chalet especially with Pawandeep. The service was professional, reliable, and delivered exactly as promised. Communication was clear and timely, and every detail was handled with care. It’s rare to find such dedication and consistency these days, but Pawandeep truly stands out for quality and trustworthiness.

I had the most incredible dining experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious - every dish was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. And specially thanks to pawan for making our day best with her polite nature and pretty smile on her face.
