Spending a lot of time and money on Reno’s. You need to invest in training your staff and having the team be more efficient and not cut corners.

My food was given to me 15 minutes after the time it was set to be picked up online. I got the text to pickup on time, but had to wait the extra 15 in store.

Cashier was obviously new and cared not to check on her orders. Got home and the food was cold, the fries were stale and old. Definitely a bad location!

I like Swiss Chalet a lot and I come here with my friend all the time. The renovation made it so much lamer tho. Pre reno was so charming. It had a bar and tvs to watch stuff and the decor was WAY better. Post reno is sterile, way too loud and crowded, decor is boring, it’s not cozy at all anymore. Defeats the whole purpose of being a chalet!

Feels like a gorgeous Ski Chalet up in Cottage Country! The new renovation at our "Home Swiss Chalet" location in East Oakville is just Beautiful

Christian was a very courteous and attentive waiter. Very busy the night we were there but he followed up to let us know our meal would be out shorty. It came quickly and was hot and delicious. Great dining experience.

Generally use their app when ordering takeout. So easy and convenient, including when digital coupons are available. Very happy the 8th line and Upper Middle Road location has finally reopened. I'm usually in and out with my takeout order in 3-5 minutes.
